Hot breakfast was very good. Cinnamon rolls and pancakes were my favorite. Liked that they served turkey sausage as well as pork sausage, cheese omelet and scrambled eggs plus biscuits and sausage gravy. The suite was great - very roomy and loved that it had a sink in addition to mini fridge & microwave, plus cabinet to store our snacks. Beds, pillows and sheets very clean and comfortable

Odd design for the shower/bathtub combo. The soap shelves were in the middle and I kept hitting my elbows on it. Shampoo dispenser attached to tile kept falling apart and large pink stain on top of toilet seat cover. Everything else was very clean though.

I like the hotel staff. It was very white and clean. The pancake machine was really cool for the kids. The pool was nice. The ice machine worked. The bathroom on the first floor was nice after drinking cranberry juice with the free breakfast I couldn't make it back to the 2nd floor for my room. The room was big. The boys had plenty of room to run and play it tag.

The pull out sofa bed was nice but hard for boys to sleep on one fell off the bed. They never had bacon just sausage. The omelette never looked good.

We especially appreciated the helpful and responsive desk staff, the comfort and the all day coffee and tea in the lobby.

The breakfast was included and there was lots of variety, however, the plates and juice cups were all single-use polystrene, some of the most polluting and unnecessary forms of plastic trash because there is no way to recycle it. That was not so appetizing. It would be worth the few cents extra per day to have biodegradeable paper plates for the few minutes that those plates and cups will be used.

The staff are wonderful and the hotel is really clean. The pool and hot tub are nice. Breakfast was decent.

We stayed from Friday until Sunday. We weren't in the room all day Saturday and when we returned we found that no one cleaned our room. Our trash can was full and we had no clean towels. Staff did bring up clean towels. Also, my card was charged twice because I didn't pay in advance through Booking.com. It will take up to 12 days to get the hold taken off so be careful when not paying in advance.

The location was convenient, the room was spacious, buffet breakfast had multiple options to choose from which was excellent. The spa/swimming pool was very nice, not a lot of people stayed so we had the area by ourselves. Laundry was also clean, no one seemed to be using it so we took the chance.

Room cleanliness could be improved, found an apple on the floor under the TV, probably the last customer dropped it. Also the swimming pool water should probably be changed.

Staff was nice . Location was great . We stayed here after a day from sesame place . Bed was really comfy . I’m mad I missed breakfast but I heard it’s really good . Everything was good in hotel bathroom just needed to b cleaned better .

The bathroom could have been a little more clean . There was a lot of hair from previous guest all over shower . And shower drain didn’t work well . When we took showers the water would come up fast .

the hotel was super clean and the staff was incredibly nice!

The guests above our room had children running around and being SO loud from 930pm until 1:00am and then again at 6:40am. I called the front desk in which they were really nice and said they would take care of it. It stopped for ten minutes and started right back up again. My 15 year old son was recovering from medical treatments so he was exhausted and could not rest at all. Horrible experience but not the hotels fault.

The facility was really clean. the room was very spacious. I liked the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

When it was breakfast time the food would run out and having to constantly remind staff to refill or if there is anymore of this items was really annoying

The hotel was wonderful I always like to get a booking with breakfast included on the breakfast was great the hot tub overflowing into the pool was awesome and working order it was great to wake up and get to stretch and exercise in the pool and I appreciated the staff is wonderful time

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like it was a great experience of the hotel
