You get exceptional bang for your buck. Location is literally around every restaurant, super center, or stores of need (no matter what that might be)! Staff is very friendly and sherry is awesome. She'll make anything right! I truly think of this as my second home when I have to visit! They also accept pets! You'd never be able to tell! The rooms are huge. The living room is separate for the bedroom! The kitchen makes it easy to figure out what to eat! It's just amazing!

The hotel across from there! It's dirty and too much traffic at the Wilkes-Barre suites.

They are under new management. The staff was very helpful and very hospitable. The rooms are more spacious than many. Having the kitchenette table and chairs and a living room with sofabed was very very convenient. You can save money preparing your own meals. The hotel did offer a beverage bar 24-7. Housekeeping services were offered daily. Limited services were honored at your request. The bonus was using the pool at Fairfield their Sister property located on the same parking lot. I was satisfied with my 5 day 4 night stay. Yes, I would stay again.

There is a motel located between the two Fairfield properties. I'm surprised Fairfield did not buy them out. It's an eyesore.

Great water pressure, air conditioning and bed is comfortable. We will return next year for the ARCA Pocono race with our team. Easy location from any direction.

They no longer include breakfast as they did last year and the reservation even has breakfast included. No coffee maker in the room so you had to go downstairs where they used to have breakfast to get coffee and they had juice. We had to go to the local store to get breakfast for the 10 of us for this is our go to spot to stay for our racing team for Pocono. We will return next year and bring our own for the kitchenette is good for what we need if breakfast will continue to not be provided. There was mold in the shower on the wall paper which I cleaned and the curtains did not cover the windows so I took a curtain from the living room for the 2 panels were not enough.

I stay here during the college football season for a night or 2 on the weekend. It's very comfortable and the location is nearby everything you could think of. Staff is always amazing and Sherry is by far the sweetest person I've encountered here. I love that the bedroom separates from the living room because i have my kids and i still get a little privacy during shower time.

The hotel needs a little updating and the ice machine is always broken 😩

Stayed in suite 320 and was very happy with the view and the room was clean. Could use a carpet cleaning and some window cleaning, but overall we were pleased. Front desk was pleasant and housekeeping brought a comforter as the blanket on the bed was too light for our liking. We were 1 mile from the hockey arena and 3 miles from the casino, so great locale for our plans.

The breakfast was wiped out by 9am and not replenished, so we ate at McDonald's by the hotel.

The staff was very pleasant 😊 They answered every question, check in was super simple, the atmosphere was peaceful. Sherry at the front desk was amazing. She was welcoming and knowledgeable in her position at the Host inn . Building was Very old fashioned, unique structure 😍. The pool was open and not too many people in there. I went on a Saturday. My room was way bigger than I expected. I was expecting a kitchenette, but there was a stove with oven, microwave, fun size refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, nice sized table with chairs, a sofa bed, and the room with the king bed was closed off to the living space. The patio on the common floor was peaceful if you wanted to read a book, listen to music, or even have a smoke break. I ended up needing to stay a little late after check out time and they did what they could to accommodate me. I was very pleased.

The only thing that i didn't care for was how dirty the pool bathroom was and the carpet in the rooms were very dirty .

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and late checkout was accommodated but not relayed to housekeeping so a loud knock and rude attempt to open the room at 11am was unnecessary and unexpected.

The front desk requires a $150 deposit on your credit card which is then held for 3-5 business days against your account which isn't disclosed on Priceline nor by the front desk. Deceptive business practices beware!

The room really is like a little apartment, I cant believe how nice it was. The breakfast was suitable for me, but I wish they had some hot items. The water pressure and temp in the shower were great and the room was immaculate. I really liked the staff and enjoyed my stay here!

The Wifi was pretty horrible, and my data wouldn't work in-house either. There was a lot of riff-raff hanging outside, but they didnt bother me at all. I'm honestly stretching here, I really loved my stay overall.

Convenient to highway, staff was very friendly and accommodating!! Would definitely stay again! This was a stop over for our trip to New England!!

Noisy guests outside, children allowed to run and scream up and down hallway as well as hearing jumping on and off beds above our room, we were on 2 floor!! This is by no means the fault of staff, parents not paying attention to their kids!! Some updates are definitely needed, this is privately owned and has a lot of extended families and professionals staying long periods of time!!
