I loved the atmosphere. It was very peaceful relaxing and the view of the place was amazing.

I got upset when I checked into the suite thinking that everything was paid in full to find out that I had to pay a security deposit. That wasn't included when I purchased the suite. Good thing about it is that you do get that back. I also didn't like the fact they didn't have enough waffle makers for the guest to use. They only had two makers to use. It was frustrating standing in line waiting on a whole family to get waffles.

Size of the rooms and kitchenette

Had to wait for room to be ready. Needed a room easy to walk to, which I requested in advance. Lot of money spent to have this happen. Handicapped shower shot all over bathroom when turned on. Handheld is poor design and when reported they agreed to having that problem. Maybe they ought to change it? There was a flood and if my husband would have been alone, he could have been hurt badly. No shampoo, dispenser was bone dry. Had to go find housekeeping, get a new bottle and install myself ( husband still in bed). Luckily handicapped room was for him not me.

Well, I live this property as a whole most times I’ve visited — Loved my greeting with Cheese Itz & bottled water! Loved my personal greeting in tv, plus comfy pillows & bed.

but, I was given a handicap room & it really impacted just my tub relaxing time I look forward too due to all the hardware in the tub. No one answered my calls and then obviously called back just to irritate - let call ring once several calls; and then the last call let ring times. The one time I called down, they answered - could hear all in background, but just laid phone to side and no communication.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was average and the workout room had a little bit of everything.

At the time of our stay, the pool was not in service. I had also requested a room that would be quiet as my husband is a very light sleeper. The first night was not a problem, but on our second day, a couple moved into the room next to ours and they appeared to have a service dog that did do some barking. I will say that I did not report this to the front desk as it didn't turn out to be a big issue. However, I would think that they should have taken note of my request.

Breakfast was ok. Room was a decent size and clean. The bed was not a king as advertised. It was more like a little bigger than a double bed. We sleep in a queen size bed at home so it was more like that than a king.

There was no cold water in the room. Both faucets only gave hot or warm water and yes, we used it correctly. It was nice and hot for the shower. Dog walk area rather minimal but manageable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They actually read my request to be close to elevator due to mobility issues and listened. Thank you.

Breakfast sandwiched would stay fresher if wrapped before placing in heater. The breads dry out and get crusty otherwise.

We liked the hotel a lot. Clean and well planned. Breakfast was good. The poor guy working the buffet was overwhelmed by the crowd. There were a lot of of nice options breakfast.

As good as the options were, we wish there had been some breakfast meats like sausage, bacon. Also would have enjoyed more fruit, bagels and/or english muffins.

Everything was great. Location is great, room and facility was really clean. Loved that there was great lighting in the bathroom. Us women need that...lol. staff was super friendly.

Only complaint I had that there wasn't much to pick from for breakfast and that was a but disappointing 😕

Breakfast was OK but could have offered s little more variety

No pictures or artwork in the rooms gave the space a cold and empty feeling. Heater / Air conditioner was loud and blows cold air when room meet temperature.

Recently opened so everything seems like new. Nice kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed and linens. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was good and plentiful. Room was quiet even though we were facing 81. Didn't hear nearby guests.
