The staff are well-trained and very responsive to guests and all their needs. The location is in an attractive area that you can enjoy walking around. My spouse is a smoker, so for him the casino and smoking areas were a plus. We came because we had been there once before with my spouse's niece. This time we were celebrating our third wedding anniversary and could meet the niece there.

We are used to the casinos in Delaware, which have machines spread out a little more and which allow you to move around more comfortably. We felt a bit closed in here, and of course the noise level is higher because of the close proximity of machines.

It was neat to have multiple restaurants to choose from, both high end and comfort food. Very well kept and friendly staff.

Our room was rather pricy and nothing luxurious for the price. Our toilet was clogged , probably should have called the front desk, but I didn't, just dealt with it. At close to $400 a night I was expecting a little bit more . It was like a regular hotel room, very industrial and generic in design.

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There were many places to eat and the prices were reasonable. There was a casino in the hotel that my husband and I enjoyed.

The bathroom in the room had a glass door and a nightlight, which you could not turn off at night and it kept the room too bright . I put a towel over the night light for the night which was only moderately successful due to the glass door.

THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND I LOVE THE SMALL CHATS WITH THEM ALL. I LOVE MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND THEY MADE US FEEL AT HOME AWAY FROM HOME! WE WAS THERE FOR 3 DAYS AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME DOING THE CASINOS, ORDERING THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF FOODS WHICH WAS GREAT!!

I HAD ISSUES WITH MY LIGHTING SOCKETS IN FIRST ROOM, IT WAS NOT WORKING AND I WAS ISSUED ANOTHER ROOM. THE SECOND ROOM THE SHOWER TUB WAS OVER FLOWING WHERE THE DRAIN WOULD TAKE AN HOUR TO GO DOWN. BUT I STAYED IN THAT ROOM CAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO KEEP SWITCHING ROOMS. THE ROOM IT'S SELF WAS NICE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AS THE FIRST WAS. OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT! I WOULD BE COMING BACK

I liked the hotel it was very nice, very expensive though. I really like all the entertainment you offer. The smoking in casino was tough and annoying but the worst part is there were people smoking in the non-smoking section.

Smoking. no comedy or live horse racing the weekend I was there.

the times the food vendors opened, a little late for my liking. I wish they had opened an hour earlier. I also dont like needing to write more before you will accept my review. The cigarette smoking in the casino is gross too.

The room, The food establishments, The casino staff and hotel staff were great to amazing. The older lady that was training another woman at 830pm on Monday June 19th. She was the one to check me in. Should be employee of the month for June.

The amount of money I lose each time I’m there should support a comped room for goodness sake! I tried to call to see if this was possible and was on the phone waiting for 20 minutes. No one ever answered. I really need to see a little $$ soon or I will not be back. Sorry.

Breakfast options are limited, although we liked the Electric City fare. Don’t really care for Johnny Rockets. Miss Wolfgang Puck Express. Also miss the valet service. Wish the casino were nonsmoking

facility is clean and maintained, staff is knowledgeable and professional, resort and surrounding area felt safe and secure.

keeping in mind we’re from the flatlands (Indiana) and our age, the stairs from the self parking lot to the hotel entrance, ramps would help, but to be fair we wised up quickly and drove down to the entrance, dropped off the wife and all the gear then the old man parked the car and hoofed it, after all stairs are good for exercise right?
