I usually stay at Hampton Inns. They are almost always great. This one was no different; I had only a few quibbles. But the room was clean and cold when we arrived (a/c was nice!) Pool was ok but crowded in the evening. They had yummy flavors of waffle batter!

Everything was up to usual Hampton Inn standards, except the breakfast room was a bit of a mess. Tables weren't cleaned off the whole time, and some of the food was cold already when I went down around 8:30. I think it was due to a problem with the equipment, but it kind of ruined my appetite. The whirlpool next to the pool wasn't on when we went in and when I turned it on it produced soapy bubbles, not whirlpool ones. So I didn't let the family use it.

Very friendly staff. Was very happy to be greeted so nicely by the young lady. She was very nice and friendly and really made me feel welcome. The room is very nice, the bathroom is big. Nice big flat screen tv, refrigerator and microwave. Beds are very comfortable. Like that you have to use your room key to get inside the back door closer, feels safe. Didn't have to go looking for ice, it was right as soon as we got off the elevator.

Breakfast was tasty but did not come across as “healthy.” I appreciated the unadulterated potatoes as a side. Overall, breakfast registered as high in carbs and sugars.

The staff was warm and welcoming but the front desk clutter gave the wrong impression. I was relieved to find the room was very, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose this location again.

Everything was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast in the morning. The rooms and the lobby were very clean

There was only one elevator working. We stayed on an upper floor so that was a little inconvenient. We ended up taking the stairs several times because of long waits at the working elevator.

I liked the breakfast, it was really good. Also, the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities were as expected.

I don't remember the details that well, I guess that could say something in and of itself.

Our room was very clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast options were plenty, and everythjng was good and fresh. The pool area didn't smell so strongly of chlorine that we couldn't swim!

The breakfasts were ok. I am not fond of omelets. Two days there had omelets. The scrambled eggs were good. Not fond of sausage.

Maybe have bacon. Also almost ran out of toilet paper.

Liked everything about the facility especially the breakfast as it was more than just bagels, fruit, or pastries like most all other free breakfasts that are normally offered at hotels. Enjoyed the comforts of an air-conditioned room with each having our own bed, exercise and pool facility to use, plenty of parking and nice location being close to other businesses.

I booked the room on the wrong time of the year (Little League World Series weekend) . . .paid probably more than twice the amount that it would have cost otherwise. I wasn't even attending the LLWS. My sister came to visit and thought it would be cool to watch a show at the CAC and stay in a hotel. I already bought the tickets for the show not realizing the date would be over the LLWS weekend. Also, would have been nice to have the Music Channels that Comcast offers to listen to or perhaps have a radio in the room to listen to music especially when we are sleeping to drown out each others snoring ;)

Our room had no USB ports for charging phones, tablets or laptop. One of the outlets in the lamp wasn't working and was very lose.
