The location was easy access to the expressway for us to get to and leave from for our travels. The room was comfortable and provided the necessities we needed for the night. We loved the cookies available at night and the breakfast sandwiches in the morning. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely plan to make this our stopping point again.

The was construction going on at the front entrance for check in, however we were contacted about this and notified where to park to check in… it was inconvenient but the staff was very helpful and accommodating which made it easier and again we were notified ahead of time by email, so it wasn’t a surprise.

Prices vs hotel prices are not the same We’ve stayed at this hotel for years. And price difference is a lot

Hotel still wanted a credit card on file when I paid through booking.com. I would not give one. We had and will not have incendentals

Excellent service, fabulous location. Sumptuous beds, just heavenly. Shopping & restaurants in easy walking distance.

The hotel is dirty. They need to hire a crew with buckets of soapy rags and clean the walls, baseboards and doors. I almost requested cleaning supplies so I could clean our room. The bathroom, kitchen and bedding was clean. However, there were drips of stuff on the walls, stains on the ragged furniture, dust in the corners. Walking down the hallway I felt like I was in a budget hotel, the doors are dirty and covered in marks. I hope that management takes note and rectifies this, because it's a very good property in need of some care.

We stayed here because our relatives in Williamsport had Covid. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet hotel. We were able to relax and visit our healthy relatives. Thank you to the friendly staff. One thing I would like to say is that the food should be plentiful for guest until the breakfast time ends. We felt like a burden to ask for the oatmeal and eggs to be refilled. We got to the breakfast room with 30 minutes to spare. All in all, I would stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Room was amazing. Also the gentleman at front desk named Jacob was 5 stars. very helpful very warming very knowledgeable just all around excellent asset to that hotel. please don't ever let him go. i will be coming back soon.

Great location near the main street of restaurants and shops. Good sized room big enough for our baby who slept in a pack and play and our 50lb Aussie.

We were there on New Years day just traveling through. The clerk working didn't have any idea of restaurants nearby that might have been open. Not a huge deal, we found something walking around but you kind of expect hotel staff to be knowledgeable of the area.

nice location, grocery store less than 2 minutes away if you plan to cook there parking is across the street in a large garage, they do give you a card upon checking in that you’ll scan at the gate to get in/out for free Ms. Young at the front desk was very personable.

The room was spacious and the rooms had good streaming services. I travelled with my child and I liked the separation between the bed and the sofa bed.

Great stay, I liked the morning breakfast choices, I do wish they had more gluten free options. Wednesday night reception was a nice surprise as well. It was a great stay for all.
