The front desk staff was amazing! Along with the housekeepers!

One recommendation I do have is… I needed a new key made tonight because my key was new my phone. I asked the very nice young lady for a new key and she didn’t ask for an ID as she asked me for my room number. I was a manager at a IHG property so I understand how things can happen however pls always have the guest write their room number down along with ID because you never know who’s listening and that can put the guest in danger. Overall this has been an amazing stay. We were in town from Houston TX to vist my mother in the hospital.

Comfortable beds, good location

The parking situation was TERRIBLE!!! Every evening the only choice was overflow parking or a parking garage two blocks away due to a multitude of large work trucks and semi’s taking up spaces (some two at a time) leaving no room for other guests. Hotel seemed completely unconcerned about the situation. Additionally, the entrance was dirty every day due to same workers tracking in dirt. The hotel itself is very nice, however, the parking situation is enough to make us stay elsewhere next time.

I have stayed at a number of 3 star properties in the last several weeks, and been increasingly disappointed to see 2 star accommodations being passed off as higher quality. At this hotel, everything was as it should be. The hotel was clean. The room was very clean. The pillows were great. The amenities were appropriate. The breakfast was great. The parking was ample. The location was terrific. And importantly, there was not evidence of being run down. And best of all, the price was completely reasonable. Lately, other hotels I've stayed at that charge 3 star prices and claim 3 star status have had threadbare linens, wet carpets from dripping ac units, dingy paint, and mold in the bathroom caulk. I experienced NONE of that at this location, and in fact, immediately texted colleagues who frequent this city to tell them that this is a great place to stay.

The refrigerator made a high pitched humming noise so I had to run white noise to sleep, but that was only a minor issue considering everything else was great.

The staff was fantastic. We stayed for a 5 day period. The staff made sure we had coffee, clean towels, and trash removed everyday. The front desk and dining staff were exceptionally helpful.

The elevator was out or service. We were sent a communication regarding this so that we weren't caught off guard which was nice, but we were on the 3rd floor with multiple bags and countless trips up and down to grab additional items.

I lived in South Williamsport before moving to Harrisburg , PA. I never stayed here before so I decided to stay in a hotel instead of driving to my appointment at the Williamsport hospital. We were amazed !! So down when I have a doctor's appointment I will stay here, instead of driving in the morning. Thanks guys.

No complaints.

The girl at the front desk at check in was amazing. The elevators were out and she was very apologetic and super accommodating. Her demeanor was amazing and she handled the other guests complaints (due to the elevator) with poise and professionalism. I wish I could remember her name, it was so long ago. She should be recognized.

Convenient, clean, and quiet.

I had reserved a double room, but was given a single bed, which was a surprise. We were offered a roll-away, but were told a short time later that they didn’t have any left. Staff was friendly and professional, under a difficult circumstance. In the end, no big deal; we would stay there again.

It’s the second time I stay and did not get the cleaning service for the room and I really like my room clean before going to Bed! Besides that I ve. Been a continuos guest for a while now and I really like the hotel

Even though the elevator was broken the lady at the front desk was very accommodating. She looked and looked to get me a floor on a lower level so that I wouldn't have to walk to far up the stairs. This hotel is in a great location the rooms were clean and modern the beds are okay.

Parking not enough of it.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. All prepared on site, nothing microwaved. Best Holiday Inn we have every stayed in!
