Hampton Inn Coventry-Warwick Area

I arrived in tears after a horrid experience down the street at the Holiday Inn. Tiffany greeted me in the best, most calming way possible. her energy was immaculate and instantly calmed me down. I’m an actor, and I had 3 hours to prepare for my upcoming scene. I was frantic. especially traveling from Maine, and having come into town to one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. My room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The gym was small yet everything I needed. continental breakfast was decent. I’ll be staying at this location again when I work in the area in the future. I was there for two nights without a complaint!

I could tell the comforter hadn’t been washed. I understand hotel practices however, in a pandemic, I expect better.

We liked the size of the room and its cleanliness. The breakfast was fine. And we liked having access to an indoor pool that we could sign up for so it was not too crowded. The staff were very helpful and kind.

I would prefer a different shower head in the bathroom. That would be my only complaint. I was traveling with an elderly family member and it made me more aware that a tub to climb into is not good. And in working with an elderly person I was also more aware of low toilet seats which are harder for her to negotiate.

It was a very convenient location. Close to Walmart, eateries, and gas station. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The curtains were amazing and completely blacked out the room so we were able to sleep in without the sun shining bright in our faces. It was awesome. We were able to swim by signing up for a specific time.

There’s really nothing negative to say. The only thing that happened was we decided to use the laundry facility and we used the coin machine to purchase dryer sheets. The sheets did not dispense however the guy from front desk promptly gave us a box of dryer sheets once I told him it wasn’t dispensed. Customer service was amazing. Also the hot tub was shut down but that’s understandable considering it’s the time of coronavirus.

it was clean and up to date, breakfast was great. A lot of variety and hot. Beds were on the firm side.

It clearly stated in the amenities a hot tub. When I got to the property the hot tub was shut down and roped off. The desk person said they were removing it. It was one of the main reasons I chose this property. The pool was also very cold even though it was an indoor heated pool. Also you have to go to the front desk to get them to let you into the pool.

The room was as shown in the picture, location good for exploring RI. Breakfast was delicious and well organised.

Housekeeping could not be scheduled in our 4 night stay, were told will be done on request. We requested twice but never got the service!

I loved the fact that they have let you know your room was sprayed down with lysol and they have wipes all over the room which I thought was great due to the circumstances and on ever floor they have sanitizing station and rooms are well clean and nice overall everything looks clean ...

The gentleman who check me in was not so pleasant he was a little rude and never gave me a paper to fill out for breakfast and when I went down I was embarrassed because my room included breakfast and he didn't explain anything about the rules due to covd-19 as far as the pool and regulations so again I was disappointed with him on that I didn't get his name but over the hotel is nice and clean just wasn't happy with the gentleman who check me in and I felt like he didn't like from the moment I walked in .🤔

Great stay over all, everything was easy from check in to breakfast in the morning.

The third floor hallway was very cold. It felt like it was the middle of winter and someone left all the windows open. Recommend checking that out.

the hallway had a moldy or odd smell to it, the whirlpool spa is unavailable and the pool was a bit cloudy but a great size for the family and some company.

the man at the front desk was extremely rude BUT the rest of the many staff members I had come across were kind helpful and extremely nice 👍
