Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warwick-Providence Airport, an IHG Hotel

The continental breakfast has several options and fresh. Different options on different days. The size of the was comfortable for 4 people for a double queen bed. The pool was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly. Staff handled my concerns professionally and efficiently.

The housekeeping had to be reminded to clean our room. The van parks in front of the door blocking the access ramp for into the hotel. I had to roll my mother in the parking lot and pull her up the curve. Seems the hotel van just sat there blocking pull up entry at the door. The shower curtain rod was bent.

Beautiful room, the bed was comfy, WiFi worked beautifully and sign in was easy. Staff was very friendly and kind.

There was sticky splattered something on the wall near the coffee maker. The floors had dark stain spots in various areas. Also all bed skirts we not ironed or steamed. It brought the classy ambiance of the room down. ( water in the shower would not stay hot long) The coffee was a low quality and bitter at times. The hall noise was disturbing at times. The sound carry’s. I had stop what I was doing to make sure there wasn’t an emergency.

There were a few youth sporting events going on (we were not part of those groups) and the staff was very friendly and never seemed to be frustrated or flustered. Every time we came or went from the hotel, the front desk attendants always greeted us. The BREAKFAST was incredible. No Covid shortcuts to be seen. The catering team who tended the food were friendly and they kept that buffet well stocked with hot, fresh food. Bacon, sausage, omelets.....it was really surprising and very appreciated. We had another family from our travel group staying at a different hotel down the road and they had a bland, basic breakfast. The staff was really excellent.

The only down side was that we booked a room for 4 people. Due to the sporting events, we could only get a king room with a pull out sofa- fine. But, no pillows for the kids to sleep on the sofa with. When asked for pillows, they had run out of all the extras because the sporting families had claimed them all. So...if guests book for 4 people, the room should already be prepared with supplies for 4 people and not have to be required to ask for "extras" since those staples should be part of the room set up.

The room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely clean and smells good ☺️. Also I love the breakfast buffet next time have grits lol!

I didn't like that the cable service wasn't working great at all!!! I couldn't watch no sports or any show because of the bad connection it was having. The young lady at the front desk said that is was temporary down because they are changing wifi service.

The shuttle service was great. Someone named Orlando and Sal Helped us get around and had great advice for us on what to do for our trip while we were there.. The staff was friendly. Our room was a great size and very beautiful. We enjoyed our trip and new is it our trip and knew we would leave a positive comment. We will return to this location. We did not expect from a hotel to have a great morning buffet but we were pleased and it was very convenient

Loved the location, close to everything from, food to general needs. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable i felt i was sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast buffet was better than expected. So many options to choose. The pancake maker was my favorite.

I had to leave before breakfast was served . If only breakfast started before 6am

Very clean room, the hallway to the room, not so much. Not that it wasn't clean, just didn't look as good as the first floor, needs a little updating. Ice maker on my floor was also broken, but didn't hinder my stay in any way. The hotel was quiet after hours, got a good nights sleep and the mattress/bed was amazingly comfortable. So much so that my husband would love to buy one for our home. The breakfast was also quite good. You had your pick of a cheese omelette, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, yogurts, fruits, snacks and on and on. Great variety to chose from, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

The price could've been better, but unfortunately it was during the summer season and all hotels ramp up their prices, so it is what it is. Other than that I have no complaints.

pool, gym. breakfast was good…all facilities were clean and well kept. The room was perfect for our needs.

They do not clean the room during your stay. I would not need a full cleaning, but a changing of the garbage, made beds, toilet paper and some fresh towels without having to get them ourselves would have been greatly appreciated. even not making the beds, the rest would have been great.

The staff was wonderful assisting whenever needed. I loved the shuttle services, both to the airport and to the nearby restaurant since I was traveling without a car.

The selection of choices was quite good at the breakfast buffet. But missed the pancakes and fruits.

We thought the breakfast was great and the timeframe was good too, gave us time. Room was great too and like the fact that we could call for service if we wanted it(new towels,etc) without having someone come in to clean everyday. Very clean too.

First night a little noisy but not too bad. We did see sign posted by elevator for people to please keep it quiet between certain hours. I am sure that it helps.
