Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick

Location was great for returning rental car and getting to 6 a.m. flight

Airport shuttle didn’t start in time to get us to our flight, information that I didn’t see on the website. I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle and was walking distance from rental car return. We discovered the airport interlink walkway and used that instead of a $42 Uber. Would have been nice if check-in person told us about that option when she said our only options to get to the airport at 4:30 a.m. were Uber or Lyft.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Very clean. Liked having a comfortable chair in the room. Cleaned room on our scheduled time. Great snack selection and lounge/seating. Outside garden area was great.

Pricing fluctuated greatly. We paid over $300 some nights. We're guessing it's due to weekend vs weekday pricing.

The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom vanity was a contemporary design- easy to clean & with lots of room for personal items. Spacious hotel room with numerous countertops at different heights - for working or your luggage. Closet had areas to hang clothes as well as cubbies to store items.

Suggestion: please provide a small map showing where to walk from the hotel to the PVD airport departure area (along the side of and through the car rental parking garage and using the Sky Bridge). It is not intuitive nor clearly marked along the way. We had time to find our way the evening before our early morning flight. Give yourself at least 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the airport!

Breakfast was not so good. Everything else was excellent. Got a very good sleep.

Breakfast. There were very few options when we went to eat, about a 1/2 hour before they closed it down. I think I had a banana and a tiny sized yogurt! Had to ask for milk for the banana and my coffee. There was just one guy there in a tie. He may have been a manager - and they were probably short-staffed that morning. Looked to me like that wasn't supposed to be his regular job!

the lobby was well stocked and welcoming. staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms are well eqipped with a fridge and beds are really comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was so delicious. loved that they had a full menu. great way to start our day. and the serving staff was so kind and helpful.

The clean of facilities.

My wife and I are very upset today because the housekeeper started knocking on our room door at 9:00 am, and then at 10:30 am again. When I went to answer the door she showed me a sheet of paper with the room numbers . I told her that my check out was at 12:00pm. We are woken up, as well as the others guests with the same problem with the check out is 12:00 pm.

Large room, very modern and clean, close to airport. Restaurant on site which was quite good.

No freezer in fridge. Pet fee was $50, with no pet area (almost no grass anywhere nearby and no pet bags provided). Walking dog nearby is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood. No breakfast included.

Clean room, lots of usb ports right in the wall, very high class. Hdmi and usb ports in the tv, amazing shower. Fast wifi

They charged me 150 when it was advertised as 100. I guess this was for the breakfast which I didnt attend? Anyways I didnt order takeout because I wasnt even sure if they allowed it. The restaurant room service menu seemed limited. Im more of a go to a motel and order a pizza guy. I could of had that for 2 nights at this price. Go to hilton if you are high class, I guess.

Clean. Location. Nice people. Great coffee.

The cooling system in these Hilton properties hits you with a blast of cold air and then lets you get warm again. All night was hot-cold-hot-cold.

The hotel was dog friendly and not far from where we needed to go.

I felt that the pet fee was high, $75 for one dog and $12 for outdoor/ground parking was unnecessary.
