The breakfast area is great & Cathy keeps everything neat & tidy.All staff there have always been great.Rooms are neat & clean thank you Toni.& ac works great thank you Mike.Pool is nice to have.My family & I stay every year & book months ahead to assure our room.Wouldnt stay anywhere else.5 stars to ALL STAFF & TO THE HOTEL ITSELF.Steve at front desk is GREAT.Actually ALL STAFF EXCEL AT THEIR JOBS.

All was wonderful nothing to dislike.

It was convenient for our travels in the area. The breakfast was good with a good variety. The lady who was in charge did an excellent job keeping everything clean. She refilled when necessary. She was also very friendly and offered information about he area if someone needed information. She made the beakfast very friendly and relaxing. Would stay again.

I love how amazing the front desk staff is specially Stephen Wilson (he is a rockstar). I am eager for the pool and hot tube to open backup sooner rather than later (invite please, xD). Housekeeping personnel was so kind and nice.

Breakfast needs more healthy options. One last thing I would suggest is the cigarette odor throughout the hallways/room (specifically RM207) be taking care of because it is quite unpleasant for those of us that don't smoke and unhealthy as well.

Rooms are large and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but very good. Very large parking lot. Hotel is a good value for the rates that are charged. Rooms are clean.

Walls are not well insolated and much noise goes through the walls. Hotel is dated and it shows.

The most highlights in my time of need because I lost my uncle and I had to be close to the hotel was the people who talked to you who understood you when you explained why I was there they made me feel comfort and answer any questions that I had they tried to help me with distance am I travel to the funeral veterans memorial cemetery over there in Exeter Rhode

There was only one problem that I noticed or I felt that was too slow was the shower head IDK why but everything else was good I love the smell the shampoo and conditioner and me having a lot of hair I could have used two bottles in the room the lotion was very good me having like I said long hair but everything else was very confident the people said prayers for me the lady sat down at my breakfast and she asked before she intervened if she could say a prayer for my uncle and that was the most grateful thing somebody has done for me rest in peace Uncle Johnny from Patricia Shaaban

When I checked out I had an issue with the woman there. I checked out at 10:40, paid 600$ in cash and 760$ on a MC At 10:50, after I was in my car, somehow my Dis over Card was billed exactly 600$. Now I don’t know how the desk got the credit card number but I was contacted by Discover and I reported this charge as fraud. Not sure how that was r3solved but I believe foul play occurred by that very scattered woman who settled my bill. She spent about ten minutes straightening out a previous customers billing then waited on me. I believe somehow my card was read without my authorization 👎🏻😔‼️ Too bad I ended a perfectly good 11 day stay in that way😎

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms had a good sized refrigerator and working microwave. The beds were comfortable and we loved the pillows. The blackout shades really blacked out the morning sun. The location was ideal for all our destinations. We visited URI, Narragansett, and Providence with ease. There were plenty of places to eat and get gas near the hotel itself.

I would have felt a bit safer if the side doors into the building were locked with key access only. Also, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were tiny, the smallest I have seen. My son forgot his shaving kit. The manager found a razor but no shaving cream. We would stay here again.

I can say the pool this time around was nice and warm and the hot tub was great as well great job on the improvements 👍.and the front desk staff was great. 👍.Overall great experience The rooms were great nice and clean .will stay again

the pool could’ve been a little warmer for my liking but my toddler was super happy to swim any time any day. steve at the front end was super accommodating and great to us through our visit as well as Tone the cleaning lady made sure we had what we needed daily. we will definitely be back for the price, location, and staff was 10 stars

Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel manager resolved our room problem and was wonderful

Pool and spa were not available and we were not notified prior to check-in. Check in clerk was rde and had an attitude when our rooms were wrong.
