There is an area of opportunity at the Front desk when the client asks for the final portfolio. I asked the night Front desk agent, the day that I left the hotel to provide me with a copy of my stay folio. We ate three times at the hotel using our corporate card. The agent told me that my entire folio will be available at Booking.com. The information provide was inaccurate and now I have to call the hotel to request my receipts. Great hotel Front desk agent was not fully aware of the standards.

The bed was comfortable, the rooms are well laid out.

There was no communication at check-in regarding housekeeping services so I assumed housekeeping would be offered daily. Granted we only stayed 2 nights but we have a toddler so we go through a lot of towels and trash piles up quickly yet we never received (or were offered) housekeeping services. We saw housekeepers in the hallways servicing other rooms so we assumed they'd service our room while they were out but they did not. There was also someone else's leftover Chinese food in the fridge when we arrived. Not an enormous deal I suppose but puts a question in my mind as to what else could've been overlooked as far as cleaning is concerned.

We liked the room, hotel interior, parking. The location was very accessible and convenient. We were near our destinations/attractions. Staff was friendly and responsive.

We could have used a microwave in the room as we had a fridge to store food. It was confusing as to when the rooms would be serviced and cleaned. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted maid service every day or every other day. We said "every other" day but the room was not serviced until after our departure (we checked in on a Sat and left the following Wed). We had to ask for extra towels and shampoo and coffee, which we did get without a problem.

This hotel is AMAZING! We very much enjoyed our stay as the rooms were super large, rennovated, very clean with a super comfy bed and a really large washroom! There was nothing not to like! The hotel has a great vibe going as there were many conferences and events going on while we stayed (it was a Friday night) so even though it was in the suburbs it had a really lively atomosphere. The pool was great too! There was a large shopping plaza across the street which was super convienent and it was located just off the highway which made for easy travels the next day. We stayed the last night of our trip here and being super tired we opted for a night in and the entertainment was excellent! There were so many TV stations to choose from so we were able to enjoy some great movies, a great mini bar fridge and the bar/restaurant was open late downstairs for any late night snacks. All in all a great stay and excellent value for money. Would stay again!

Nothing, everything was great.

I cannot remember the last time I slept 8 hours. The room was silent and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast on Saturday morning was delicious. The waitress worked with me because the menu breakfasts were all too big for me. Such delicious eggs and toast I had as a result. The coffee at the location outside the hotel was perfect. The dinner Friday night, caesar salad and hummus plate fit my needs perferctly and the one glass of red wine hit the spot.

There was nothing I did not like, and I think I will come back to RI just to stay at this hotel!!!

I absolutely loved how the hotel had everything you would need so you don’t have to leave, they had a restaurant and the food was actually amazing. The pool was open later than most places and I also loved that, who wouldn’t. The staff was so nice and accommodating, even at 4 a.m. when I had a few questions or needed to come down to the lobby. I know that’s a difficult hour especially while working, the man who was at the counter was amazingly kind and helpful. Everyone else was too but he definitely made a great impression, I wish I got his name to put it on this review but I’m sure I will be back soon!

Honestly can’t find anything I didn’t like, it was an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel.

The room was beautiful and clean. Very classy looking. The bathroom was perfect - loved the double mirrors. Also appreciated the sliding door for the shower, very easy to get in and out. I would 100% stay again, and it was a massive value as well, only $120 for one night! Thanks again!

Very clean & comfortable. Staff was very polite for the most part.

A warning at booking that they were hosting hundreds of children from surrounding states would have been nice so I could have chosen a different property. Very loud & disrespectful, kids & their chaperones alike. I didn’t get much sleep.

Nice place, good location, clean room

I observed a customer that was having a problem with staff : it seemed to be bad communication between staff and caused the gentleman staying to be woken up and show proof he was booked for the night : this was at 1:30 am as we were checking in from a long night of driving

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Liked having eating options right there in the hotel. Bed was comfortable, did not want to leave it!

Not enough bath towels in the room for 2-4 adults to start out with so needed to ask for more, which was taken care of promptly. Pool room was a little cold.
