Coming from PR for the first time, and not knowing where I was going to stay, I followed my instinct and when I saw the hotel's sign at the airport, I made the call! I was not expecting anything in particular, just a shuttle from the airport to a place where we could rest from a long day of travel with my two teenagers! Richard was so kind to drive us to the hotel, bring our luggage in, he let us know he take us anywhere within a 3-mile radius...That was when I knew I had chosen the right place!! We settled into our room and first thing we noticed, how clean and comfy it was!! then it was dinner time and Emily oriented on a few spots for dinner, Chris took us there, picked us up and took us to the nearest mall. Success!! Now let's talk about Jennifer (manager), her charisma, the beautiful way she welcomes her guests to the hotel!! So helpful and resourceful (I think she will know who's writing this review ha-ha < that girl from PR who mentioned how amazing had been my stay) simply amazing!! This is the type of people you want to meet anywhere! Breakfast was served!! all the employees, every single one of them exceeded my expectations with their way of helping us and providing everything we needed during that time. If you ask me, I recommend staying here 100%. Our cherry on top, Richard took us to Providence, our next stop and made sure we made safe into our hotel. I am so great full I met this crew. Very good breakfast with lots of different seating options. Overall hotel was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable.

There was a musty smell when entering the room. Not overbearing and we were only staying overnight so did not ask to switch rooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom was installed in ceiling but not electrically wired so there was a lot of condensation/ steam built up into the room once bathroom door was opened. Poor noise/sound proofing…could hear doors closing loudly in the hallway so if you are a light sleeper this could be bothersome.

The beds were really comfortable and the lighting was nice with lots of outlets. The breakfast was great - breakfast sandwiches were good, lots of oatmeal toppings, and excellent coffee.

The carpet in the main areas looks a bit worn, and the signage from the airport led us through a garage and into a back door that seemed sketchy (we must have missed a sign somewhere because never found the skywalk they talked about). Several pilots were also staying and also got confused by the signage. It seemed a long walk with lots of luggage. Maybe there’s an easier way (we just couldn’t find it).

The hotel was so quiet, both inside and outside noise. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The woman who checked us in was great! These are all the most important things to me when I travel.

I wasn't a big fan of the sink separation from the rest of the bathroom. I shared the room with a friend and that was semi-awkward. I would have appreciated more hooks in the room. There can never be enough hooks in the room. So many things to hang (towels, bags, clothes) when traveling. The breakfast was understandably limited, but the first morning I had to really search for cups and there were no water bottles left. After the first morning, there were very limited tea options.

The property was super nice- clean - had everything you could want - nice gym facility with treadmills, elliptical, and weights. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. This hotel is ideally located next to the airport which was the perfect place and was the goal of the stay as I flew out at 0600

Nothing - it was awesome

The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport; it's only a 5 minute walk through a covered walkway. A shuttle is also available if you have a lot of bags. The breakfast options are fantastic.

all of the staff I encountered was very nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and had different egg options each morning. The young lady that checked me in was super nice and the breakfast bar attendant was awesome as well.

my room didn't seem to have a lot of light. the bathroom light was bright. the light around in mirror by the sink was dull. the rest of the lighting around the room could have been brighter.

Breakfast was very well done with a number of hot options. Rooms are modern, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated.

Carpets in the hallways need to be cleaned and the carpet in the elevator should be replaced (it was badly stained).

The breakfast was good. The location was what was required.

Check in. Initially was told I didn't have a reservation when the desk was looking at my drivers license, had to produce my the reservation I had made a month previous. ???

I was very happy and surprised that even though it was walking distance from the airport I could not hear any planes. Very restful and quiet.

There was nothing I didn't like.
