The staff as a whole were friendly. Quick to respond to any issue and even called guests by name including pups each day we were there. All of front desk guest service staff were quite nice and a treat is the bubbly personality of Asia. Nice breakfast room/ more so continental & food is fresh. Seriously good hot coffee !! Short driving distances to eateries,stores,etc. Quiet nights- no overhead planes- a wonderful whooshing sound now & again from the bullet train. We truly enjoyed our stay.

As a dog owner...the island across the top of the parking lot that faces the hotel is strewn with poop piles from some seriously inconsiderate dog owners. I did find other areas to walk instead. The hotel should enforce guests with dogs to clean up after themselves. Point a camera to that area and charge the room a clean up fee. The rest of the outside property, parking lot, grounds were kept clean.

I was impressed & really was not expecting the rooms to be as nice as they were. It was quiet & spacious. The pool was a bonus & seemed cleaned as well although the weather didnt permit to go in (was rainy & chilly). The satff was very nice & accomadating, which is always appreciated.

Although I was impressed & really was not expecting the rooms to be as nice as they were, when I went into shower, I saw hairs on the wall and on the floor (probably from previous guest) and that grossed me out, especially due to COVID. So I went & purchased clorox & sprayed bathroom before using it. I also noticed the common areas like the elevator & ice machine area were not clean either. The breakfast (although free) I never ate because there really wasn't much variety nor any hot choices but waffles (which I don't eat). Oatmeal or other healthier choices (besides fruit) would have been nice but it will not deter me from staying there again.

June and Philip were very helpful. My husband realized he left his glasses in the room when we got to the airport and Philip dropped them off on his next airport run, saving the day.

Location was great - right next to the airport, and a shuttle service was available, 24hrs a day - one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel. Staff present was friendly and checked me in as soon as a room was ready, and I appreciated his professionalism. Lobby had a business center, breakfast area and vending machines - liked how everything worked! :) Room was comfy, beds were the right height, pillows were soft and sheets felt pretty nice too. TV had a great selection, microwave and fridge came in handy, and there were plug sockets all over the room. Bathroom was small, though well stocked with towels 😁

Bathroom could have been a tad bigger, but not a deal breaker 😉👍🏼

The last time they painted they also did the whole door causing the door to stick with the heat and humidity making it hard to open and shut.

Their pet policy is why I chose to stay here over other places. I brought my cat with me. The room was comfortable. The a/c worked very well. Bed was comfortable, as was the desk and chair which came in handy as I worked remotely from the hotel room. There is 24/7 coffee and tea available in the lobby, which is fantastic. If it's helpful to know, the hotel is just off the 95 ramp and you'll be in Providence in about 15 minutes. There is a gas station across the street.

My TV had a blueish glow even when off. I had to put a towel and other stuff over the screen. The breakfast options could have been a little better, but I think with covid they reduced the options. I'm vegan so I was a little disappointed to not see soy milk available for coffee, but at least there was fruit and instant oatmeal.

Hotel was nice... pool area was good. Staff was Friendly. Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Rooms are good size. Pool hours are good. Clean towels provided at pool area at all times.

Coffee had grounds in it both days I got some. Elevator is slow and small. Garbage in public areas needed to be taken care of more frequently.

Comfortable bed, good biscuits in the breakfast buffet, sharing breakfast with a diverse group of guests. Friendly staff.

Sound kept cutting out on the television in room 501. Otherwise, no complaints

Newly renovated room, very clean, refrig, in room coffee and microwave! Very comfortable.Wi Fi was great, coffee was great. Pleasant and helpful front desk staff.

The desk was located right next to the heater and it blew on me while I was working. I moved the desk slightly to avoid that. The closet rod was about 4 feet up so it was difficult to hang clothes. There was room above; not sure why they made it so low. The shuttle guy could be a little friendlier.
