Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. My room when I checked in was on the third, she asked if this was ok and I enquired about getting a higher floor and she said sure no problem. I had a King room which upon arrival was clean, had fresh towels, microwave and fridge.

Breakfast was not op to the standard of a Hyatt hotel. It is a continental breakfast which had limited choices, coffee needed refilling every morning when I arrived, limited seating but the fruit was fresh and delicious. Staff each morning were wonderful. Small bar, minimal outside seating, room had small bathroom, not enough pillows, ac made made noise every time it turned on and the noise from above use was constant even though we were on the top floor.

I thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was so nice, and I was able to purchase my Starbucks coffee and ended up paying less for it! They were all amazing! The room was much larger than I expected and I loved the set up!

The shower items such as the shampoo, conditioner, and soap needed to be refilled, but the room was clean! The breakfast was good, but the food was cold at times.

I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. The hotel was always well staffed. The personnel were friendly and attentive. I love that the hotel is pet friendly. My dog was pretty quiet and content most of our stay. We were placed on a lower floor which made it easier to take the dog for walks. I love that the hotel provides a list of restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and had modern touches. The breakfast was a great bonus.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I am also 7+ months pregnant. We requested 2 extra pillows upon check in at 3:00. We were told sure, no problem! Never received them. When we got back from the event around 10:30, we asked the front desk again. They then told us they were all out and could not provide them. Just kinda annoying because I did not get a good night sleep at all.

My family and I visited Charleston, SC for a graduation and college acceptance celebration. Additional space was needed which was found with the handicap accessible room. The bathroom and shower had ample space. I appreciated the mini frig which was definitely needed, as we bought a few goodies with us for family we could only get from the north. The comfortable beds were great. No aches and pains the next morning. I originally selected this hotel because they're pet friendly but our plans changed and I wasn't able to bring her. There were no signs of pets being in the room or the hotel. Everything was clean inside and out around the property. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place Charleston Airport/Convention Center again.

Very comfortable bed; the staff was friendly and always helpful (from check-in, to questions, to checkout); breakfast choices were good, and seemed to be re-stocked well during the times that I was there.

more spaces to hang towels between showers; the closet was very small; i appreciated the attempt to control costs via the heating controls but we had trouble getting the temperature warm enough when we returned

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We're 6 people in the group and could comfortably fit in for 3 nights.

The room was never cleaned during our stay. We saw the housekeeping team right beside our room on 2nd day while we're going out and asked them to clean the room, replace the towels. However when we returned at night, we found our room in the same state. We needed to inform front desk to get some fresh towels and toilet papers.

We were on our honeymoon! The staff was amazing and friendly! They gave is a complementary drink for our first night! The room was quiet, and comfortable. Very very clean! And the breakfast was good.

That we can't purchase the Hyatts shampoo, conditioner, and body wash anywhere lol!!! When I say it was amazing it definitely was! My wife's hair is super curly and thick but we didn't use what we brought which is why I say it's amazing. Works better and doesn't dry your skin.

the room is large & comfy with huge digital TV , even furniture seem bit old but all work well, i enjoyed my walk to the restaurants nearby & tanger outlet as i don't drive staffs also nice & friendly

it would be better if the fitness room is faced to outside to enjoy the views than a wall. and only limited snacks available, there is no vending machine.
