The property is in a good location just off the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the housekeepers helped carry my suitcase upstairs. The rooms were clean and quiet. I was initially concerned about the noise level when I saw that we were on the landing path for the airport, but even on the upper level the noise never bothered me. Some reviews of this property say that they didn't feel safe, but I felt safe here. There were many families staying at the property and I saw noone loitering in or around the hotel. The property is in a business district near the airport and convention center with several other hotels nearby. I never felt unsafe. Like any other place, you just have to pay attention to your surroundings. And when in your room, use both door locks. The property is in a good location just outside the city and at a good price.

The property is undergoing renovations so we weren't allowed access to the front office or what will be the breakfast room. Breakfast was a bag with snacks that can be eaten on the go. We went to one of the local restaurants for breakfast every day.

I liked the convenient location and the room was very clean.

I didnt like the preauthorization charge that was ran on my card before I even checked in and I had to transfer more funds in order to pay on sight at the actual location. Thankfully it was returned back in my account by the next day. When the online states that they take a $50 cash deposit, that is not the case. Cash is definately a thing of the past when it comes to motels now days

The property was convenient in downtown

The property had strangers at the front hanging out. You can’t control the outside but I’m glad we stayed in the back. The pool was not open it’s 90 degrees had to drive to the folly beach for a cool down.

location is phenomenal, price was great, room was nice and clean, bed was nice and not worn out

there was a gap around the door, didn’t want any outside critters coming in but we fixed the problem with some dollar tree pool noodles 😁

It is not fancy but the hotel is good for a place to stay, we were at an event in N Charleston so the location is perfect. Good budget Motel

The room was nicely updated. Very quiet.

They could've cleaned the huge hand prints off the doorways. But as a ironworkers wife, I know the struggle. So it wasn't a huge problem for me.

Everything was good

The TV needs more channels and a refrigerator that gets cold and they need to pay attention to the dusting and the stain sheets.

As always awesome staying here

Alittle confusion with not knowing there was a fee for an animal staying with me our family kitty,but we have it handled now.

The Courtyard was huge and accessible to ALL guest.

The facility was going through a renovation where you couldn’t access the lobby WITHOUT personnel actually being present within the lobby.
