The beverage machine was out of all products. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, I was told that they had no control over keeping the machine being full or empty. I wish he had told me that there was nothing in the machine to buy before I went to 3rd floor when I asked where the machine was.

They could have control over their beverage machine. Or at least call someone to have them fill the machine.

Not too too happy about the breakfast for 6 mornings the same scrambled egg and greasy sausage. Wish you had more healthier more protein choices.

To have some plain yogurt (with no sugar),some cheese (maybe like laughing caw or cream cheese individually wrapped).nice whole wheat bread or rye bread or beagle. More verity of fresh fruit.

Quick and easy yo get to from the train station. Check-in and check out were easy and quick. Staff was friendly and the room was great, especially for the price.

It's a great little hotel. The door in the bathroom was broken and wouldn't stay shut, but it wasn't a big thing. We were only there for 1 night before a cruise.

I appreciated being able to have a later checkout and to be able to remain in the lobby for a few hours to do some work while waiting to go to the airport for check-in.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, other than I couldn't log onto the wifi with my laptop. I will say, though, that I did not take up any troubleshooting with the IT support service.

The room was spacious with all the necessary things you need including air conditioner. The hotel has a swimming pool accessible for the guest and the breakfast was good enough to start your day with a full stomach. Near the hotel there are several places to eat in the evening, which is a good thing.

There were no grocery stores near the hotel - at least that I knew of. This will be no problem when the huge supermarket near the hotel will be built. The time of my stay it was under construction.

Overall clean. The staff was great.

Outdated technology. Had to constantly get new key cards because they were getting demagnetized. The doors were incredibly noisy so you knew any time someone opened their door regardless of floor. Lastly, the AC was very loud every time it turned on.

Everything was sparkling clean. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. Our room was made up each day. Coffee and breakfast was available. Location could not have been more convenient to the airport and Park Circle.

The computers in the business office did not work so we were unable to print out boarding passes. The front desk staff was able to do this for us.

The hotel was great, staff was friendly, water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. Close to the outlets, walking distance to food.

There isn't a real blanket/comforter/spread on the bed so if you are cold natured you need to have your own. Also the toilets are really low to the ground.

Great front desk staff, room was very clean and had everything I needed. Even had soft towels, which was a big unexpected plus.

if you don’t know the area, the entrance to the street is a little tricky. My room was great for noise, but I can see how it might be a noise issue if you’re a very light sleeper.

Excellent customer service, staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Just minutes away from restaurants, shopping malls and attractions.
