Great hotel in great proximity to area restaurants and outlets. The fact that water was offered next to the ice machine on each floor was great along with the outdoor patio pool area, which was very refreshing and communicated an awesome, chill vibe. Breakfast area was very spacious and food and beverage options were amazing. Breakfast staff was very courteous and attentive to the breakfast area. The shuttle driver was super cool In offering local recommendations for dining and attractions and provided exceptional service!

Pool was beautiful. Lots of towels available. Free breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I really liked the provided shower products.

The a/c was very loud when it was running. We could hear an alarm going off in another room for over 30 minutes. There was no dish soap in the kitchen or any type of dish cloth for reusing dishes.

Loved how they have reintroduced hotdog Tuesday, a great way to get to know other people. Location was convenient, as we were using the area as a base to see other parts of South Carolina.

The gym had a peloton (which is a key factor for choosing the hotel), however it needs to be updated and maintained. It was not serviceable.

Spacious suite, the lobby smelled great, and the pool area was very nice. Side entrance and exit for our pets made it very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful! Most comfortable place we've ever stayed with our dogs!

There was a bit of mildew lining the shower around the half door. Otherwise, everything else was great!

When you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and an open nicely decorated lobby. You are checked in quickly and the room was very comfortable. The bed was excellent quality and the water pressure was great. The kitchenette was very nice and saved us some money cooking our own food. The TV had an HDMI cord so we could hook up our laptop to watch some shows.

The walk in shower was very nice however it is an open concept with only half of it being closed. So either you stay curled up in the corner or get water all over the bathroom. The breakfast was very disappointing with a orange cup, tiny can of apple juice and a bacon breakfast biscuit. My family member has a pork allergy so she couldn't eat breakfast with no other options available.

Room was comfy and quiet. Breakfast bar was delicious! Fitness center was awesome. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was always being cleaned, very well taken care of.

Neighboring room's alarm clock went off for a solid 5 minutes one morning at 4 or 5 am.

Breakfast was pretty good. This amazing welcoming woman Donna in the Breakfast area made the stay worth it, she was so sweet that if I ever stayed at this hotel, it would be because of her hospitality.

Staff at the front desk is grumpy. There is barely any water pressure in the shower.

Good location: near restaurants, various shops including Tanger Outlets, airport.

Corners in the room was not clean. However, based on my experience, I understand that as an American hotel standard. We had limited times to enjoy the pool due to shortage of towels.

The room was smaller than expected. I was expecting a suite based on the description on your website. The shower was a little bit strange, it had only one door by design so the floor got wet. The controls were opposite the shower head. It worked great just a little strange.

Customer service, finished my purpose for trip much earlier than expected . Contacted hotel and was told to come in 30 mins. Got there and room was ready, no extra fees. Location is excellent. Property was very clean
