Excellent hospitality and bigger size clean rooms impressed me more. Reviews I read was not really good before I booked my room after my experience at the hotel I am not going to witness those bad reviews. Loction was excellent right next to the river. You can't complain about morning breakfast, it was good enough to start your day. My overall experience was excellent.

Excellent property to stay in Georgetown.

They gave me a nice room 105 it was very clean and neat and the bathroom was a great size I will book again I prefer the same room 105

Only thing I didn’t I like was when I went to check in to my room I had to wait on the manger for like 30 minutes customers shouldn’t have to wait that long. Also there was a lot customers complain about the room and the keys not working and false advertisement about the poor that manger should always be at the desk 24/7 customers shouldn’t have to wait on him but I will definitely be staying there again.

Free breakfast with enough options. The location was perfect. The main street is not walking distance but you can park your car and all bars and restaurants on river front. I can't say much about cleanliness but overall. Experience was good

Not enough towels

Price was on point!

The breakfast was good but both mornings some of the items ran out early in the morning

it would be nice if when first Chechen in we had no towel no baiters in the remote th shower was slippery the bed were to high

Only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t have enough towels my remote control didn’t work when ask for a towel the manger told me u do have towels I only had one towel and wash cloth I needed enough for two days plus they gave me a smoking room I wanted a non smoking room

Breakfast was good it was a very easy on-the-go muffin Bagel type of breakfast could use a little bit more but if you're in a hurry it's the right thing to do

There could have been more towels but if that's the least of my worries I think I'm doing good

I had a great stay as usual. The house keeping staff was great. I only have really one complaint.

I was suppose to check out on 7/7. I went to the front desk and paid for two more nights. I had house keeping open the door without knocking twice Then another manager came banged on the door and told me I needed to come pay after I had taken care of that 11:00am with the manager I would have thought it was all updated in there system since I had received new keys. The woman was rude her tone the way she spoke to me.

Breakfast was good and staff was nice!

That they didn’t have my room non smoking ready but they tried there best to get one for me, they didn’t just give up.

The beds are so comfortable.

The sink was clogged and our room key kept deactivating. Every time we left the room we had to go downstairs to get the key reactivated. That was a bit aggravating.
