The staff was cordial, professional, and quickly checked us into our room
The Only thing I did not like was the room did not have a microwave. It was extremely inconvenient to stay at a hotel without full service and not have a microwave in the room. That means I had to leave my room to heat my coffee and food. That was somewhat annoying and took away from the comfort of my stay. If a hotel is not full service the room should have a microwave. This is especially true with children. This means if people with children stay at your hotel the children would have to leave the room to warm food and drinks.

Good location for food and shopping, but the traffic is a nightmare around rush hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. .
The rooms are pretty good, except mine was not cleaned very well when I showed up. However, the staff was awesome and fixed the issue quickly

Other travelers in and out of their rooms letting the doors slam each time. I think that the hotel staff should definitely mention to travelers to be conscious of other travelers. Remind them that they are not the only people in hotel. Also I don't think dogs should be allowed in ANY hotel especially in ,and on the beds.

I actually didn't eat breakfast. Got up to late. I really enjoyed my stay the hotel stuff were very pleasant and helpful, and the pool was awesome!!

The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The coffee was great and the overall staff was very professional and productive
My room wasn't that clean, especially the bathroom. The bathtub wasn't clean and I cleaned it myself. It wasn't terrible, but something I didn't expect, especially for the price I paid

The staff were exceptional. I was very comfortable with my 3 little dogs and was able to walk them a little around the property. There isn't much room to walk them so I would wait until there was no one in the hallway and let them run up and down, up and down. Great place. Love the laundry and workout facilities. Would stay again, except that I moved here and was staying at the hotel while I waited for my closing.

The kitchen was nice to have even though I didn’t cook. The rate was good. It was quiet.
No tv channel list. I never did find CNN. The pillows smelled like sweat. Fortunately I brought my own. One of the employees wore her mask under her nose so it was of no use.
