Our family has stayed at this location at least 3 times. Each time we are impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the location. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable (except for the small pillows). It provides everything we need for a weekend trip.

On this particular visit, the hotel was noisy which is unusual. We did not like that pets were in the hotel which was disturbing with barking. Additionally, on this visit, we were disturbed by a crying baby above our rooms. There was a soccer team staying in the facility which made for the noisy hallways.

The location was amazing. This was my second time at this property, and I haven’t been let down. This time was for the kids spring break, and the location was perfect. Frankie’s and Big Air are walking distance, and Dave and Busters is right down the street. The pool wasn’t open yet, but I promised my kiddos I’d take them back when it does open.

The front desk staff was excellent--personable and helpful. Also a lovely breakfast. Hot items (make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal) as well as cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc). Good coffee. Clean and well stocked room. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast with a good amount of choices, and a very convenient location for our needs. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend to others!

Great property! Close to interstate and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast was yummy! Staff very friendly and polite. Love the stay and would definitely stay here again!

Really have no complaints. One downside is the access to the pool is from outside versus from inside the hotel, but that wasn't a big deal to me.

woodruff road was a nightmare we are from pa and left a wedding rehearsal dinner and things in the dark look way different traffic on woodruff was bumper to number also the toilets are very low and they should have bars in the bathrooms every bathroom to assist those with bad knees to get off the toilet

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable! Staff was always welcoming and able to answer any questions we might have. The free breakfast smelled great and the room size was nice. It was also easy to control the temperature in the room with quiet AC. The hotel was located near a lot of stores and restaurants too!

It could be hard to turn into/out of the street where the hotel was located. Our last night there, our neighbors had young children who were very loud. We could hear them very easily through the walls which was annoying!

Room and property were clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Fitness room was nicely equipped! Breakfast had hot and cold choices with nice seating area. Good choice of TV channels in room. Bed and room were comfortable. Parking available close to building. Located in quiet area. Right at 385 and 85 for quick access to other parts of city and region.

Good area

No closet space. The closet is a wall with a curtain pulled in front of it. And no dressers to put my undergarments. Will not stay at another Hampton Inn. This was twice I had this experience. The first time was at an Atlanta Hampton Inn and now this one....no more Hampton Inns for me.
