it’s location is easily reached from I-85. it is in an area with numerous restaurants, stores, shops. the breakfast was awesome, and I rarely even bother with others. the bed was very comfortable the HVAC was easy to operate. they sell beer & wine in the lobby

- the luggage carts were small - there was the smell of cigarette smoke in the 2nd floor hallway - lighting - barely adequate throughout room, but blindingly, searingly painfully bright in the bathroom. with no recourse to dim. only one switch and it turns on 3 lights

Good location, the breakfast was on point for the start of the day. The rooms was nice and the family, love the beds. Good gym, if I needed it again.

It would have been a awesome stay for us but the heater was out of service in the pool and no cold water swimming for me but some of my other family members went in ;-) and the WiFi showed down at times (I think guess over reload)

The price was. A little high due to the newer hotels with their amenities.

The refrigerator was loud and I could all the other guest open and close their doors all night.

Randy was great and personable at check in. He let me check in early as I was attending an event on the property. There was another man that I’m guessing was a facilities manager and he was friendly as well. The staff at breakfast were attentive as well. Good location. Most shops and restaurants were very close by.

My room was clean . However it’s starting to show its age as finishes are wearing on some furniture . Also the shower head had some build up.

Good quality & selection on breakfast choices. Support staff in breakfast area were attentive, helpful and cordial. Management helpfully accommodated a request for room with zero-entry shower after online reservation had been in place for some time.

Only issues were mechanical and likely specific to our room. Cycling of A/C during the night was louder than expected. Hand-held shower head was loose.

Very clean and also friendly staff, made us feel welcome. I liked that the toiletries were full sized because we forgot ours. Breakfast was great as well. The breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive to the guests.

No entrance from the sides of building. There were other guests checking in and would have rather came in through another entrance after checking in and getting room keys

Hotel was clean, hallways clean and smelled clean, rooms were clean. First hotel we've stayed in all year that no had one complaint. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Again first hotel that thought about those of us that don't eat pork. Ms. Elaine and the breakfast crew again excellence!!!

We like everything

Everything was great! Nice, easy, quick check-in, spacious and clean room, and fantastic breakfast. Front desk staff were all nice and accommodating. A special shout out to Tonie in the breakfast area. She really does an exceptional job!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property or our stay.

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location! On a road full of shops, restaurants, and more! Their complimentary breakfast was HOT and delicious! Beds were VERY comfortable! We will stay here again!

I have no complaints! The indoor pool wasn't extremely warm, but it also wasn't cold. That's the only "complaint" I can think of!

Overall satisfied with staff and room. Breakfast was better than may I have ate at in the past. Sausage quality above the normal for a hotel.

Soap wrapper was on the floor of the bathroom and a long hair on the toilet seat. No major issue but not perfect. Also, the elliptical and the exercise room did not work.
