Wonderful staff especially night associate with short dark hair and weekend breakfast associates. My kids enjoyed the variety of games they could play, the sitting lounge outside by firepit, and the breakfast was the best selection of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Compared to the last hotel I stand, Omni in Atlanta, this hotel was better. Continue to prosper and we will definitely be back.

No complaints really except for the door near the elevator that would not open with the room key from the outside. Night 2 there was a note placed on outside of door saying it would not open and to use the other door located about 10 feet from that. Beautiful hotel and my first room had a stench and the clerk quickly apologized and exchanged rooms for me. Thank you all for your hospitality.

The breakfast was good. The location was good. I was within walking distance of any shops/restaurants I needed. I love the colorful decor and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. I dealt with 4 different people during my stay.

I could not access free wifi. It wanted me to join the rewards program. My husband is already a rewards member and I couldn't figure out how to log in with his number. I personally did not want to sign up therefore there was no free wifi for me. This seemed minor to me as everything else about the hotel was amazing!

Hotel was clean, I like the location store and restaurant where really close ' and a Grocery store too. Staff where nice and have variety of different drinks to purchase. They have complement coffee and tea at the lobby 24hr. I appreciate they had a board in the lobby with favorite places and restaurants they can suggest with a positive Quote.

Comparing to others hotel I have stayed. Everything was good. King room were a little small to my taste but still not a dislike. I would stay again there and specially if I bring my kids they would it have love the colors.

The hotel had a good atmosphere and was clean. The room was very nice. The location, though not downtown, was quiet and comfortable.

When we arrived both desk clerks were on the phone and didn't address us until they finished their conversations; probably four of five minutes. After that they were very nice and helpful, but when a guest arrives they should put the person on the phone on hold.

Wonderful staff, clean, loved the breakfast. And I loved that it is kid friendly.

There was no blanket. Only a decorative coverlet type thing. It was very scratchy and felt like sleeping with a curtain. It was also thin I was cold and froze all night on the first night.I don't know if that is standard for the blanket or if we were missing one. However on the second night I had house keeping bring me a extra blanket and it was much better.

Breakfast was good. Location was easy to navigate. Elevators worked well. Weight room and pool were appreciated. The patio seating and fire pit was an unexpected plus. Decor was fun. Step in shower was perfect.

Storage in the room was minimal. Also tv channel selection could be better.

The location was the best!! The room was on the small size for the 4 of us, but manageable. Breakfast was nice, really liked the smoked sausage and grits!

The pool was tiny! Also vent in bathroom needed to b cleaned. Definitely will go back!

Easy to get in and out, quiet, the free laundry facility came in handy.

I switched placement of the 2 side tables to set up my CPAP machine, and the base of one them was very dirty. Staff brought me a replacement quilt, so it worked out fine.

Convenient location close to all types of stores and restaurants

The hotel attendant canceled my reservation saying he was doing some type of audit then double charged my account.

This place made us feel like royalty. It was so amazing to have a indoor pool!!!

The only down fall is you could hear every little sound from the people above us or in the hall.
