very clean and comfortable. friendly staff. 2 meals a day included with stay.

I didn’t like that people were allowed to have pets in the dining area. A couple had their two dogs up on the furniture at the table and were walking them around the area where the breakfast was set up. I realize that it is a pet friendly establishment, but I felt that was a little much and inconsiderate for other guests.

I love that Drury properties offer the evening drinks & meal.

I was set up for failure, the only other Drury I’ve ever stayed at was in Orlando Florida & it had a much better flow of things. At this Drury food ran out often & you’d be stuck waiting, there’s only one pot of each item whereas Orlando had double of everything so that people could navigate around each other better. This property felt cramped where the food was. Also wasn’t a good idea to put the drinks where they are as the lines get in each others way. Also, the elevators here creaked a lot and made unsettling noises. Also, the light when you first walk in the room didn’t work & we had to get replacement batteries for the remote. When we tried to turn the tv off in the middle of the night it didn’t function well & would only let us turn the volume down but not turn the tv off.

The staff was very nice and accomidating! The happy hour, dinner, and breakfast were pretty good and were made even better by their convenience and the fact it was provided with the room! There is also popcorn in the lobby so travellers are covered if they get in late. The bed was really comfy too!

The shower wasn't as clean as I would've liked, but it was better than a lot of places I stayed. This is definitely a traveller's hotel so there was some hallway noise throughout the night, but not enough to really be disturbing.

This hotel was amazing!! Great location super friendly and attentive staff. They offered breakfast, dinner, and cocktails for the adults. They have a pool for the kids and a hot tub for the adults. They have a fitness center. They show a movie in the lobby and make popcorn for their guests. I would absolutely refer my family, friends, and anyone else that is on the fence about where to stay to stay here!! I will stay here everytime I come through Greenville from now on. Thank you Drury Inn for all you do for your guests.

Not being aware it was pet friendly and the size of the pets that were allowed was intimidating. A large dog lunged at my wife outside our room in the hallway and was held back by the owner or she would have been attacked. This probably would prevent us from staying here again unless there was a guarantee that the pet rooms were in a specific location and not mixed throughout the hotel.

Breakfast was great. I loved the gravy, biscuits, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, potatoes, juices to drink as well as sodas and coffee or milk. Other options were grits, cereal, waffles, yogurt, muffins. Staff kept food coming and assortments were great.

Only complaint was with fruits available. I was having dental issues and couldn't eat anything hard. Wish bananas or something soft had been there. Also, if you kept fruit and drinks out all the time, that would be better than just scheduled times. As guests come and go at different times and scheduled times may be difficult to do. For instance, I attended Women's SEC Basketball Conference. I was only able to use the evening event once during my stay due to watching games at Bon Secours. I would also have liked something for visitors about the area of things to do, places to eat, shows to see. The only visitor information available was for places outside of Greenville.

Location was good, good value for the price.

We walked into a room of cigarette smoke, tried to change to new room and an unauthorized guest was in it, moved again after a “wait” to find a room and it was fine. In the process of the move at 10 pm we left 2 items in the room, a water bottle and a night light. The room was not occupied by anyone else by what the staff said but those 2 items were never found the next afternoon.. not certain who occupied that room after us, we were told no paying guest did.

The hotel is located just off I-85 and was very easy to access. However, at certain times it was difficult to leave the hotel area due to the high amount of traffic on Woodruff Road (146). We had a reservation and check in was easy and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean. The dining area was inviting and clean with ample seating. Staff was present to wipe down tables and chairs when someone left. We enjoy staying at Drury hotels because they provide a complimentary breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent. While we don't drink alcohol, the hotel provided tickets for two complimentary alcoholic beverages with dinner. Wi-Fi speeds were great as was the coverage throughout the hotel. The area where the hotel is located has lots of sidewalks and we were able to walk for miles in what appeared to be a very safe neighborhood populated with other hotels, large apartment complexes and a corporate park. We did not use the pool or the fitness facilities, so cannot comment on them.

Everyone has a different preference for the firmness of their bed and pillows. The pillows were fine but the bed was too soft for our liking.

The Menu is outdated, same thing several times A week, the Meatball& Gravy dish is horrible: Also the young kids are able to receive A virgin shirley temple drink @ the same Bar/ Line that the Adults receive thier Alcoholic beverages, its inappropriate& sends the message that drinking is ok, kids should not be in the same line as Adults getting A drink that's similar to the Adult drink, they should be served A milkshake or slushy& at Another Counter.

overall the property was in a good location, never had issues with parking. beds were comfy! Our floor was quiet and had no issues! access to a soda machine at all times and even popcorn! Beds were comfortable and shower was and stayed nice and hot! They serve complimentary dinner as well between 5:30-7! Even though we didn’t eat dinner there I think that is very neat!

reviews made breakfast seem top notch, but really it was basic and a little bland. the pool is a half outside half inside which is neat and only 3 1/2 ft so super kid friendly. Only big issue with the pool area is the inside part is very very loud! Major echo!
