The front desk staff was so accommodating and friendly and kind they made our whole stay so much better. After a very long flight and feeling under the weather, the guy at the front desk really made me feel better. he had everything ready and waiting so check in was a breeze and offered to bring up my grub hub delivery to my room for me. His bright sunny smile and positive attitude were so comforting. He made one feel they were at a 5 star resort! everything was clean and nice in the room.

The bed sheets were synthetic and pretty uncomfortable. the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Everything, It was Our first time in South Carolina and Kwame & G at the front desk made us feel very welcome. When we first walked in the Hotel it was very clean and smelled so Good. Also our Room was nice and Big and the Jet/Whirlpool Tub was so on point. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to stay and if I'm ever in town again I would be staying there again definitely a recommendation to anyone.. Also breakfast was really good as well❤️☺️👍

I can't say I didn't like anything.

The room was SO comfortable!!! (beds, linens, decor, curtains, temperature) The lady at the front desk was so warm and kind and professional. The breakfast was far nicer than we expected compared to other similar hotels we've stayed at recently -- really extensive and yummy. Daddy even made a waffle for the kids, which has never happened! We seriously loved this place.

Not the fault of the hotel, but my 2 daughters and I had to use the restroom off the lobby during breakfast. We went in to find that someone had had their period and urine leak on the toilet seat, and a tampon wrapper and tequila bottle in the little trashcan right there by the toilet. Just so yucky. But this is the fault of a rude guest. Everything else was impeccably clean.

Property was very clean, room cleaned and comfortable bed. The location was great, restaurants and stores near by. Housekeepers were very nice and professional. Kwamie and Gyasi at the front desk showed superb hospitality, professionalism and always provided great service to our needs with a smile and always called me by my name. Very impressed with their dedication. Very nice to my kids as well.

The front desk staff is exceptional. Gyasi and Grace went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Clean and bright hotel.

Breakfast eggs were often MIA when I went down. Sigh. My suite was quite large and comfortable but a little more attention to detail by housekeeping may be in order...and would have spared me finding the toy seahorses and (assumed) toddler crumbs lurking under my mattress. Still, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Value was exceptional, the location is very nice as well. Is right beside a top gold. Unfortunately did have time to go through. The staff was very polite which is such a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing, very new and clean mostly everywhere.

My only complaint is that the room was a little dirty, mostly from the bathroom. The toilet had stains on it from the previous guest. The shower had hair and stuff in it. The rest of the room was clean it was just the bathroom.

Kwami on the front desk steered us to an excellent Italian restaurant. He was friendly and helpful and we brought him some Gouda Mac and cheese. The property is new, very clean and comfortable, and 1/4 the price of staying in town. We’ll definitely stay there again.

The coffee bar had no lids. we asked. Small thing, hardly worth mentioning except it is an inconvenience when in a hurry to depart.

The hotel looked very new and was very clean. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, and our room was very large with a full refrigerator. They had an indoor pool and nicely equipped exercise room. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful facilities. From the moment the automatic doors opened till the time we left was phenomenal. Everything was so fresh and clean smelling. The rooms are in great condition. Bed is very comfortable. Lots of parking options. They were very accommodating of my request for a 1st floor room for our blind dog . The staff was very polite and welcoming. Overall the value was great and close to all things Greenville!

The night clerk could not find my reservation, but after giving proof, he allowed me to check in. The majority of the front desk was extremely nice.

The young lady who worked there the first morning during checkout was extremely rude. My room had purple skittles and crayons on the floor when first getting there.
