Clean rooms, excellent front desk staff, excellent free shuttle service to and from airport & local restaurants. (You must pre-block all your shuttle times at the front desk upon arrival or no rides for you ) The pool is wonderful. The on-site restaurant is very pricey & open just for dinner . However, free breakfast is included in your stay. They do include a large water bottle in your room for the coffee maker. It's a $6.00 charge for that water bottle. A/C works very well in the room.

The location was very good. Nice parking area away from the road. The breakfast was very good, very good service. I ordered the shrimp tacos for dinner the night before, very nice presentation and value.

I was surprised that I was charged $10.00 per day for use of the internet. Plus, it was sketchy, while I could get on my iPad, I could not get on my phone for some reason.

From the time of check in to check out, the Staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. I used room service for the first time at the hotel. The time from order to delivery was exceptional and so was the quality and taste of the food.

All was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had tons of options. The pool was very nice as well. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bar was well appointed. Artesian, the onsite restaurant had delicious food.

My ID was never checked. They asked my name and gave me the room keys. No one ran my card to check it they just looked at my online booking. The spa advertised wasn't onsite, we had to travel to it. No room service.

Breakfast was ok. Food was cold the soccer teams had a breakfast area set up which was a nice touch.

Located close to a lot of restaurants and businesses. Decent restaurant and bar. The snack shop next to the front desk has single beers and wines. Very clean and pandemic conscious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to stay an extra night at the last minute and we were accommodated. If you are there for more than a couple days, the front desk staff will know you by name. The manager, Kenya, and Marion, a young man who seemingly works the check-in desk seven days a week, are awesome people, who know their craft and the needs of their clients. Top notch people.

For the price of the rooms, I think at least a continental breakfast should be included. I would never wake up in time for it, but most hotels offer a complimentary breakfast of some sort. My only other complaint is the rooms doors slam, and slam LOUDLY. Hopefully on their next remodel, they will come up with a way to cushion the blow. It can startle you when you are awake, or wake you when you are asleep. The first two nights we were there, the place was booked solid, so the doors slammed every couple minutes, all day and night. We got use to it after while. I’m a heavy sleeper, but it woke my wife up every time. Still not a deal breaker. The excellent customer service outweighs any imperfections at this location.

Clean, polite people. The food was delicious and a reasonable price. The bartender knew what she was doing. When there was a problem they fixed it

I did not like that the fire alarm kept beeping but when I let them know they Fixed it within moments cannot complain

Everyone at this location was very pleasant. From the young man who checked us in, to the breakfast attendants and the young lady who checked us out. When we arrived at our room, one of the beds looked like someone just left it. I made a phone call and an attendant was there with a key to our new room in less than two minutes. He also apologized genuinely.

The room was perfect and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the front desk interaction when I had a question about my bill.
