Liked the flooring in the rooms instead of the carpet most hotels have. Daily eggs and sausage were good.

Only had a shower and no bathtub and the shower floor was stained. You could hear the bed springs when you turned in bed. The bike in the gym didn’t turn on. No mats in the gym. Sprinkler in gym looked like it was falling out if the wall. Pancake mix and biscuit gravy was watered down. Scale iv gym was ancient.

Breakfast was great. Nice lady preparing it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was the shower temperature. It was so HOT I could not get it adjusted with enough cold to be able to get under the spray. The pressure was great but I should have asked someone for help, but we tried everything and don't see what could be done other than change rooms.

Small parking lot Only one elevator. Were met with staff with large carts when we were trying to check out. One bed was very loud the metal base kept popping and cracking during the night

The facilities look very new. No carpeting on the floor is cleaner. The breakfasts exceeded my (low) expectations. My wife likes housekeeping not coming every day.

The staff was awesome as were the rooms. We had a very comfortable stay and will go there again if in that area.

The only thing that threw me off was the pool was closed for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Also, on our last night, wr ended up having to take cold showers.

Breakfast: We were at a baseball tournament and it was good for a "grab and go". We had the most awesome front desk manager that worked 2nd shift everyday we were there. He had awesome customer service skills and performed them with a smile on his face. He made sure the stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in Greer SC was a very positive customer experience. I cannot say enough good things about him and I feel he should be immediately placed in a management training program. The cleaning staff was so personable and very kind to give us clean towels and take our trash even though they did not clean our room.

I understand based on Covid there is infrequent cleaning but there should at least be a container on the floor where one could put dirty towels and the trash bags in another. I think leaving them outside the room is unsanitary.

Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast every morning was good, rooms were excellent (clean, quiet, shower was fabulous), awsome pool. It is a great hotel will stay there again when I visit Greenville.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a full breakfast and the room was clean. A large shower and comfortable bed and pillows.

Never made it to breakfast. It was closed before we made it down. The bed & pillows were awesome!

We met family members from out of state and used the hotel as our headquarters. The staff went out of their way to make our time together enjoyable. The walk in shower was perfect for the older family members. They also made sure we had adjoining rooms.

Ceiling was peeling in one spot. Otherwise everything was exceptional.
