The room the space and the staff. Clean smell and look great in the inside. The room space is greater than most rooms I've stayed in. Last but not least the staff is amazing very respectful and understanding people.

Towels and sheets not being issued respectfully but ask and you will get so it's not a major issue and the trash in the halls is getting out of hand makes the living feel nasty and uncomfortable when having others visit.

A really good hot shower

Somebody said we were too loud and hell I thought it was quiet all damn night staff had to come up there and ask us to be quiet but he held up with that. The next door neighbor said we wasn't even noisy at all. That would be nice to have a one free night rent. Thank y'all and God bless. The kitchenette was lovely to have I was able to cook for my family instead of having to eat out

The fact that it was a lot of people hanging outside and they didn’t have a stove in our room so we had to get a single burner from the front because they didn’t even know the stove top was not on the counter built in like it was suppose to

For the $$ we were surprised 😮 of the room that we had. Place looked skechey at first. But the people around this place are just trying to get by like the rest of us. The room itself was much better than I had anticipated, They even had this Donation Cart Take & leave for the people staying there. It's like judging the place by it's book cover.

I liked everything in the room except the bathroom because it was not as clean as the rest of the room.!

The works was very helpful and understanding they didn't mind helping you with your booking they made sure that you understood everything and if you was unhappy with something they corrected it with no problem

I really like the staff at the front office .they helped each time I checked in with kindness and took care of my check in with preciseness

The staff is very friendly and nice and I wasn't far for alot of restaurants.im new here in Greenville SC and miss Olivia the lady at the front desk has been the best ..

Arguing at night .the roaches in room 138 it was bad

Staff was very accommodating

Lots of questionable traffic in/out, people outside arguing and being loud but they were.

It was ok ..

The fact that I was off 26 cents and they could not give me my room,I don't think it's far for the ppl that has extended days to suffer for other ppl mistakes..
