The breakfast was great with the exception of the hot cinnamon rolls which looked good but were very hard and not fresh. However, everything else was great. The location of the was awesome! This was the best hotel I ever stayed in. I heard nothing with the exception of someone above us walking now and then but even that wasn’t loud.

Extremely well kept and spotless facility. Property has been open almost 18 months and still looks brand new.

It is a newer facility. Modern and clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was very generous in size and immaculately clean. It is also a quiet area with a grocery and fast food within a very short walk. Oh, did I mention they have vegan and gluten free options at breakfast ?

There was a rowdy birthday party in their meeting room coming to a close when we arrived. It spilled out into the lobby, along with a lot of the party supplies. However, there was no evidence it had been there when we came down for breakfast.

Easily access and near places we needed to visit. Beds were the most comfortable than the other six we slept while on this trip.

Staff weren’t very friendly and several garbage cans were overflowing which is telling about a facility. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with replacing food. No gravy at times and had to scrape scrambled eggs off edges of pan to eat. In addition the microwave door in room wouldn’t open unless you lifter the microwave over the lip of cabinet that it was place on at eye level. It could spill whatever’s inside if not careful

The staff was helpful, though it took some time for them to resolve an issue they created. We booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived they only had a king room. Ultimately given two king rooms (the second room was free) to meet our needs, and we were grateful they were accommodating in the end. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was yummy.

Although we booked a room with two beds, they were out and the staff initially tried to get us to all stay in that one room with one bed. I really had to advocate for an extra room, which made me uncomfortable but seemed fair. Ultimately we did get an extra room for free - so I was quite pleased. But if it is your mistake, you should fix it before I arrive (that is, have a second room ready for me). Don't make me beg for something (in this case, two beds) that I booked and paid for in advance.

Breakfast was great. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Please update correct checkin at Hotel and on Booking.com. When we arrived at 2:40, I checked to see if our room was possibly available and told them I could wait til 3 when we were supposed to check in, but thought I would ask. The lady at the desk was very rude and told me that I was wrong and would have to wait til 4. I showed her my check in time from my reservation that said check in at 3pm and checkout was 11am. It even had that checkin was at 3pm on the sign at the desk. She simply told me it was wrong, and she was not very nice. I left and took my daughter to her volleyball tournament and returned later. I arrived after 4 and there was a man that helped me that was polite. All other staff was very polite our whole stay. Kitchen staff for breakfast was amazing.

They have THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS IN THE WORLD! I want to take their mattresses with me when I leave. The rooms are always great and the front desk staff at this location were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is also convenient and a great way to start the day. I have always had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express locations.

I've pretty much always had a drama free experience staying at Holiday Inn Express locations. They are a franchise hotel chain and the experience will vary slightly depending on the operator, but so far staying at 6+ different locations it's been good. If I had to find a complaint about this location, I would say they should put a little bit more detail into cleaning. It was not dirty but there were corners in the shower that had not been cleaned, and I could tell some surfaces in the room were not wiped down properly. Most people would probably not notice but I have stayed in cleaner Holiday Inn Expresses in the past.

Rooms were great. The whole place was very clean and well maintained!

The breakfast was on the lean side. Food supplies were somewhat low over the weekend. ie gravy for the biscuits and gravy was almost gone 2 days in a row. Other entrées were also gone or very low on. Forks were all gone one morning. Possible reason: hotel did not plan for the baseball teams that stayed there for a tournament. Monday morning was different. Choices were full.

Spacious, clean, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast

We arrived after 3p, which is the posted check-in time. The man checking us in said our room may not be ready, and that check-in was 4p. I told him I thought check-in was 3, but he said no. There's a sign on the wall that says 3. The website says 3. Didn't argue with him. We didn't wait long at all for our rooms.
