The Location was perfect since our purpose was to attend a memorial serviced for deaths in our family. The hotel was clean and felt new. Would have liked to take a dip in pool but thunder showers intervened.

We were in a handicapped room. The shower was hard to figure out. I got a cold shower in my clothes, and the floor got wet during the shower. Although the desk clerk did not know too much to recommend for dinner, her one choice was good.

Room was Spacious and Clean. Shower/Bathroom had bottled DOVE lotion,,soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner attached to the walls/shower with plenty of towels, washclothes . Bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in (pillow top mattress). And the complimentary breakfast off the chain . I haven't had a breakfast like that since dining at IHOP.

There wasn't anything I could complain about from my stay.

It is a newer facility. Modern and clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was very generous in size and immaculately clean. It is also a quiet area with a grocery and fast food within a very short walk. Oh, did I mention they have vegan and gluten free options at breakfast ?

There was a rowdy birthday party in their meeting room coming to a close when we arrived. It spilled out into the lobby, along with a lot of the party supplies. However, there was no evidence it had been there when we came down for breakfast.

The room was clean and it was very quiet.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express mostly because of the free breakfast. The breakfast was limited. No fruit. Not many options. And the area that sells snacks was almost empty. I got in the first night late and there was no bottled water or any other drinks offered or available for sale.

Check out time is 11 and we asked for a late check out so they gave us until noon, since we didn’t get in until after midnight, which was fine, BUT housekeeping knocked on door at 10 am. This also happened the first time we stayed at this Holiday Inn. however I let it slide but then again this morning. So that was for the lower review than before

Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Strange smell in the room. Trash under bed from previous guest. Water bottle under one bed. I left medication in the refrigerator and was not turned in. I am positive it was there. Staff checked with manager, but didn't want to recheck for me or check the room/fridge again. Very disappointing.

Location and they had luggage cart that were easily located and near front for our luggage and the breakfast was sooooo yummy and plenty of options

The only thing I didn’t like was the google maps when searching up holiday inn in Taylor’s , it sent us down the road that was near a Mexican restaurant?

I was a bit disappointed that my room rates were higher for Friday and Saturday nights. I didn't get the impression rates would change when I booked the stay thru Booking.com. The facility was mostly clean, although the bathroom floor was sticky.

It was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast left a little to be desired. The variety of foods they had were good, however, the biscuits were hard and the omelets seemed like they had been cooked too long and were "rubbery".

Easily access and near places we needed to visit. Beds were the most comfortable than the other six we slept while on this trip.

Staff weren’t very friendly and several garbage cans were overflowing which is telling about a facility. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with replacing food. No gravy at times and had to scrape scrambled eggs off edges of pan to eat. In addition the microwave door in room wouldn’t open unless you lifter the microwave over the lip of cabinet that it was place on at eye level. It could spill whatever’s inside if not careful
