I LOVE the atmosphere, staff & our room space!!

I did not like the pull out sofa bed in our suite It was the only bed located in the room & was very uncomfortable! There was also a leak coming from the AC vent which caused an overflow of water to spill onto the floor causing the carpet to be consumed with water. There was another leak from the vent over the kitchen counter. I have included pictures for you to view..The breakfast was over priced & not good. We had the western omelet 2 pieces of turkey bacon, hash browns & 4 slices of toast with 2 cans of Pepsi. It was $68. Our trip was pleasant but our room wasn't the BEST.

The hotel & grounds are beautiful & well kept. The pools are big and pretty as well. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and staff helpful and friendly

One elevator of 3 was broken the entire time, one only worked about every other time (the doors would open & close but not nice) so the entire property had one reliable elevator working. Very frustrating that you had to build in an extra 15 minutes just to get an elevator. Of course if you’re healthy they have stairs but being on the 8th floor & having bad arthritis that wasn’t an option.

The hot tub was great, the room and view were great!!! Staff was very courteous!!!

Ice machine on 9th floor was broken and nobody knew about it. The elevator malfunctioned and was a little scary every time it shut!!! 😬 The deck should really be looked at by the pool area, there are many dips, where people could trip. The carpet near the entrance from the beach smells like wet dog. The Blue Cafe baseboard exterior wall, was separating from the wall, couple of screws would help!!! For the price we paid for a 3 night stay, we should not see these issues

I thought pool should be vacuumed every evening. pool pool was dirty with stuff on bottom and it was walls needed to be scrubbed. we rented chairs and they were molded.

I was in room 269 and had to listen to a bunch of extremely obnoxious and rude young people in I would assume 370 since they were a floor above and one room over to the left if you are looking at the ocean. Couldn’t enjoy any quiet time on the balcony without screaming or beer flying over the railing. We were here to celebrate an engagement and those people kinda ruined it. We would have called but they saw us on the balcony so it would of resulted in some form of retaliation that we didn’t need. House keeping could be a little better. We are not trashy people and kept the room organized and neat but maybe a wipe down of the surfaces.

Breakfast was convenient and the price was great for the food and the service!! Also the restaurant and staff were very polite and helpful! Also housekeeping and maintenance very polite! We will be back! The View we had off our balcony was breathtaking!! Highly Recommend for Vacation!!!

Great location and close to the beach. Parking is close to lobby and nice pool area. Staff is one of the best I’ve seen at any hotel I’ve stayed at.

Room was fine but could use a little upgrading or renovations. Also, you should have snack vending machines on each floor.

Room, Beach, location, pools, spas, gym were all very nice, there were a good number of all of these items, etc.

Some of the staff attitudes, especially in the gift shop and when trying to have questions answered at the front desk; answers were sometimes brusk or rushed (pushy). Also, a suggestion: there should be a time limit on how long towels can hold chairs at the pool. It's not fair that people can not be at the pool all day, but keep the pool loungers occupied while other people are currently trying to enjoy the pool (maybe a two hour time limit if you are not at the pool.)

Our room was very clean, beds very comfortable. The hotel has pools inside and out, two hot tubs outside, and a baby pool. The ocean is right below the pool area. No long walking to the beach. We both got deep tissue massages with William at the spa. He was very professional and excellent. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very accommodating. We asked to change rooms because of a not so excellent view and they helped us immediately.

The outdoor bar is nice but the lack of staff picking up old cups and bottles was a little bothersome. They stacked up in large piles on the edge of the pool which was detracting and sad to see - especially when kids were swimming nearby and grabbing the pool's edge with beer bottles and old mixed drink cups. Staff should be making a sweep through every time they deliver drinks or on a timed schedule. I realize this is a first world problem while relaxing at a luxury hotel but still...piles of trash have no place around a pool.
