I'm Grateful I could stay in a nice clean place in a great location on the island for this price. I was in a room decorated with a beach theme that was cut n cozy. My bed was comfortable...sheet pillows blanket we all good.I felt safe.it was all I needed.. The lady at the front desk was very kind.

It's an older hotel and as good as can be the upkeep is very nice. People complain about the dehumidifiers,well the old school AC systems didn't have them,so it's nice they provided those.

Location was very close to the beach, food and had a mini golf course on site. The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. The AC was very cold.

The AM staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. My boyfriend and I are an interracial couple and she was very rude to him during both interactions on check in day and check out day. I was told by the PM staff that the woman was a manager. The PM staff however was very sweet and helpful.

Very kind and helpful staff and cleaning crew. Quiet and peaceful stay.

There was a bit of a mix up with the towels but I do like the idea of the towel exchange program they have going; also the lobby not being 24 hours is something I haven’t experienced before. It didn’t pose an issue when we wanted to leave early morning though, before someone was attending the desk. Otherwise it was great.

The same as most hotels. I did not expect anything different from previous stays. Exceptional customer service experience. Cleanliness was about the same as other hotels in the area. Walking distance to restaurants and Shelter Cove was convenient.

Towels need to be replaced. My family just purchased towels from Walmart. Wyndham need to look into more pet friendly locations since Hilton Head Island is considered pet friendly. Guests don’t mind paying extra expenses to include their pets. Just a suggestion, my family actually had to cancel one room and check in at Home2 for a pet friendly stay.

For us, traveling as a family, the most important was the closeness to the places and the cleanliness of the place. The sheets were clean, the bathroom too, room pretty spacious, thats all we needed as the most part of the day we were not at the hotel.

Didnt like that people are smoking in front of the hotel.

The owner and employees were super personable and helpful. It provided a familial feel.

It could use a little TLC with updated bathrooms and a little more attention to detail for cleaning. I found dead flies on my beside table. I was a little am disappointed not having a complimentary breakfast but coffee was delicious

It was nice... But it is still showing up on the site that my card was declined. Can someone remove that because I already took care of it and I am home now. Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff

Somebody's grey hair wrapped in one of the towels in our room. Very unclear policy of charging my card, as reflected on my bank statement. I still have questions and need to clarify them with the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was very clean and contained all the amenities we needed and expected. The immediate surrounding area is really beautiful. This hotel is not right on the beach, but we did not require that. It was only a very short drive to it though. The staff were just great, so friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay there!! We had stayed in Savannah GA and it was really bad and very expensive! They charged an extra $30 per DAY to park! It took forever to check-in. We also stayed in Beaufort SC. It was better than the one in Savannah but still lacked a lot. The price was better but not the room. The staff were nice.

Beds are hard, website stated hot breakfast provided and this was not true. I would likely have not stayed here knowing they did not offer a hot breakfast. With a family with young kids this is a must and i was disappointed.
