It is a nice resort, the room was clean. The beach was very nice. Even though the resort was not right on the beach, you can drive there 0.5 miles and there is designated parking for the resort guests right by the beach. The beach and the area is so much nicer compared to the myrtle beach. Parking was not a problem.

Our room had a connecting door to the other room. The first night was perfect, as there was no guest in a neighboring room. But the second night it was not the case. There was a whole family of about 7 people ( they were not staying in the room but were just visiting). But the noise was unbearable. You can literally hear Everything, as if all 7 people were inside our room. Then they left at 9pm. And the couple inside the room got quite. We tried to turn on the TV to offset the noise and could not get to work, there were literally 5 remote controls with instructions. After playing with it for 20 min and reading the instructions we gave up. I would have given the resort a 10 out of 10 but the lack of ANY noise insulation whatsoever in the last night was frustrating.

The resort is a gorgeous place to stay with several facilities that are great for families.

I booked a one bedroom apt thinking I would be staying in the same facility as my last stay. We ended up staying in the building across from my last visit which wasn’t nearly as big or as nice but we made due. While the housekeeping Dept did come to our room daily and give us fresh towels, they don’t sweep the floors in the room. There was a broom in the closet that we could use however no one wants to clean on their vacation.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom golf villas for our vacation, it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with, only needed to buy the food. A Food Lion was conveniently located across the street to buy all our groceries and essentials. The villa and resort grounds were very clean and the pool was within walking distance of our culdesac. Upon request, they allowed us to checkin 2 hrs early and checkout 1 hour later than normal hours, and the staff was great!

Upon arrival to the resort, a roofing company was replacing the roof on the villa we were staying in. They were there for 2 days of our stay, it would have been nice for the resort to inform us prior to finalizing the booking but nothing was ever said nor money taken off. Also, the bathroom fans were very loud and probably need to be replaced.

Liked the apartment style layout of the room.

It was advertised as “beachfront”. It was not. The beach wasn’t even within walking distance. Access to the beach was not a problem but we had to drive to a different part of the resort. It was very misleading and not explained well beforehand.

I loved how central the property is to everything Litchfield has to offer and the amazing amenities!

I did not like the fact that the rooms were poorly cleaned and sanitized. My wife and I had to clean a lot of the room when we arrived, such as wiping down a few dirty counters, wiping out the dirt and sanitizing the dressers (and removing a few old masks left behind), and wiping some grime off the shower floor. I feel you shouldn’t have to worry about anything of that on a vacation. Overall I will definitely stay again, the cleaning just needs to be improved.

Room size and additional items like the refrigerator, stove, etc. were exceptional. The balcony was nice and had adequate chairs. Room cleanliness was very good.

Headboards were loose and bang the wall each time we got into and out of the beds. The shower door was really noisy when opening and closing it. The TV service would stop and black out for various periods and return hours later. Room service was not up to snuff as we had one service in four days. We had to go and pick up towels from the front desk.

The condo was very spacious and clean. In close proximity to everything and not far from the main location with the pool and spa. My family enjoyed the space and the condo was clean and had all the kitchen appliances needed to prepare Christmas dinner. We had a problem with the bed and maintenance arrived as soon as possible and fixed it

Our bed in the King suite was not made when we arrived.. I asked for linen and it was brought to me so I could make up the bed. Then in the middle of the night, the bed broke. There were boards under the bed that were not sturdy and secure. I called the front office to report this. Someone was sent early in the morning to fix it. That night I slept on the couch.

Check in was quick and easy. Pool was close and maintained nice. Ample parking within close proximity to the room. water pressure was great for the shower and plenty of towels. A/C worked great without any issues.

The television was very small and was a bit slow about booting up with the cable connection on the first night of my stay. Coastal Dish wasn't open for dinner and it was in July. Not the most sound proof of buildings but no major issues.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. Great location not far from historic Georgetown water way or Myrtle Beach. The beach access at Litchfield was amazing. Not over crowded and the sea shells our family found were so beautiful. So many fun memories made at this resort. The pool was great, my kids lived every minute of our stay.

Our room was on the smaller side, but they have more options for bigger room we just didn’t know about when we booked!

Everyone at coastal dining was awesome and the food was great! The room was nice and spacious, I wanted to upgrade to a two bedroom, and they would not allow since I booked through Booking.com

The pull out sofa bed did not have any sheets and the mattress was nasty, lots of stains. No bedding was provided for it so we were unable to use it over all it was great, but could've been cleaner
