that you ask for 20.00 for key when the card key doesn’t work some rooms are updated and some are not- furniture scratched up in room in my room check in is too long

The room had a small kitchenette which was amazing.They didn’t clean room every day but they were always asking if there is anything we needed.

To be honest I don’t have anything negative to say about the staff or hotel.They we’re extremely friendly and kind.

I did have to tell house keeping to resweep/mop the floors in the room because they were hardwood, but they were super nice about getting it taken care of immediately and there were no other issues!

The location was nice, across the street from the beach. Close to all the restaurants and rides, so It does get pretty loud at night. The staff was super nice and professional. I made a few requests, and they responded promptly.

The pool area needs lots of maintenance. The hottub was closed and covered up, and the concrete around it cracked. The glass door to the pool was chattered and dangerous. They make you pay for a deposit upon checking in for $150 payable by card or cash. Even though they tell people to pay the deposit in case they smoke or break things, people still smoke on the balconies. We could rarely keep our balcony door open because it reeked of weed and other cigars. I also noticed that the price on the hotel website was a lot cheaper than on this site.

Bed was comfortable. Good view of the ocean. SkyWheel and sling shot right outside hotel. Balcony was another bonus. Small kitchen with plates, pans and utensils. Overall great stay. Would stay again

Cleanliness and comfort of the room. Great price. Great location.

Staff, rude, unprofessional. Ladies wore bonnets, children running around, and they acted as if customers were bothering them. We arrived at 3:40pm and ask if we could go ahead and check in and was told "Check in is at 4pm - you only have 20 minutes to wait. Really?! Staff were not helpful, accommodating, or friendly. Will never stay again.

The pictures do not do this place justice! You can't see how uniquely adorable the lobby is! Every detail, eclectic but put together well! The staff was extremely nice! Michael's 1st day, and he was poised as if he had been doing it forever! Samone, maintained a pleasant disposition while training and still accommodating! Leah, cleaning staff was extremely respectful of our privacy and had no housekeeping issues! Once I parked, I didn't have to move my car again! Was literally walking distance from anything needed! I would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here again!!

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It was decently clean. Not upscale, but nice enough for our stay for a basketball tournament and short vacation. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice location and view from the 6th floor. The kitchen was great to have so as to not have to eat out every meal. Our beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Check-in and out went smoothly . Very little disturbances from other guests.

There can be a bit of a wait for the elevator, but not too bad. Housekeeping still came in my room while I was gone even after telling them I didn't need service. Complimentary breakfast would've been nice. The water pressure in the shower could've been stronger. There is no phone to call the front desk.

The spot was incredible ! We were put on the 11th floor so the view was great and we had a balcony with a little table and two chairs. The room was very clean and beautiful. We were a 1min walk away from the beach and from attractions. The staff was nice overall (the night guy was a little rude but it's okay). There were funny reviews on the wall. We had a lot of amenities (sink, big fridge, cooktop, toaster..) and kitchenware. AC was good. Bathroom was fine with a lot of towels and soaps. We loved the wooden floor. Free parking !

The smart TV was kind of broken, the image was not good so we couldn't use it. There were knifes and spoons, but no forks.

I CANNOT praise this hotel enough! The location is PERFECT, the staff is AMAZING, the price is AWESOME, the decor is BEAUTIFUL and the facilities are AMAZING (and soooooooooooooooooo CLEAN)! I always arrive at hotels with my own cleaning supplies, prepared to clean my own room after housekeeping has. However, when we walked into our room we could SMELL the clean:) As I wiped down surfaces, I noticed that my cleaning cloths were clean. There wasn't accumulated dust and dirt on surfaces, which is what I am (unfortunately) accustomed to. The air conditioning unit and appliances were all clean. The staff was ALWAYS so hospitable! From the time that I called to confirm my booking until we left the property, everyone was SO nice! I was always greeted, my questions were answered courteously--I cannot praise this hotel enough! I was so blessed to find such a wonderful hotel on such short notice! It made my daughters' and my vacation worthwhile! We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Myrtle Beach again!🩷
