Location was perfect. The kids loved the pools and lazy River. The view from the room was great.

When checking in I was told that the water would be shut off one day and that they could ever from 9-5 basically any day of my stay to clean the carpets. I was to have my items lifted off the floor. This was a horrible greeting. I paid to relax not to feel like someone would come to service the room at any moment (that should be done between check in and check out of guests) and that I would be without water. That was ridiculous. Felt like an older hotel that could use a facelift.

the property has everything we were looking for, indoor and outdoor pools, right on the beach and next to boardwalk. location was excellent. the poolside bar was an added bonus we weren’t expecting!

the property is a little dated. towels could be bigger both bath towels and pool towels. front desk staff always seemed a little annoyed.

Staff was super friendly. Housekeepers made sure we had fresh towels and trash puck up daily. The room was big and clean. Beds were comfortable (no bugs, we checked). Beach access from hotel. Location of hotel was great, close to everything. Pools were clean and had security cameras in the pool area.

Indoor pool area: Pool door was at the parking area entrance. Anyone from the outside street could gain access to the indoor pool. You did not have to scan your key card or anything to get into pools.

Loved the view of the beach. The 2 pools, lazy river and jacuzzi pool were great! Cute tiki bar right next to the pool...open to guests and the public. Room was clean, roomy and featured a full-sized frig, range, oven, microwave and kitchen counter with sink! The guest laundry room and exercise room were nice bonuses. Also felt secure since you had to swipe your key-card to access upper floors of the hotel. Security guards did seem to monitor the grounds which was reassuring.

Access to the pools was not monitored. Anyone could walk off the beach, through the bar area and into the ground floor of the building. Why not require the key-card to access this area also? Since the pools were not monitored, kids were a bit rowdy and apparently destructive. During our stay, the outdoor pool was forced to close due to vandalism...hotel was apologetic but it could have been avoided.

Proximity to the Sky Wheel and boardwalk was very convenient. Beachfront location was excellent.

We booked an iceanfront efficiency and an oceanfront suite. We were dismayed by the partial obstruction of the ocean view from the efficiency due to the building's design. The suites protrude a bit further and blocked the left side of our view. Otherwise, not bad view overall.

The room was comfortable and surprisingly clean compared to some places I've encountered.

The toilet handle was compromised and the toilet would keep running if you didn't jiggle the handle. The only other minor thing is i like a much bigger stove

The facility is kept clean and room was clean. Security was good, except there was signs and internet said no smoking hotel but people smoking around pool area not good around families with babies......

No smoking not enforced. I was not happy about this. We also reported 2 lights were out in our room and the TV was not working when we got there on Monday. Our visit was July 17-20,2023. So we reported in that evening, They said maintenance would get it fixed. Did not see Maintenance any of these days so no TV at all when we were in our room. we have devices but that is not the point. When i checked out the receptionist said well who did you report it too?? Like i had gotten paperwork so something, so that was unpleasant Im not in charge of tracking down the people who should have had these things done b4 I got there.

I like the location and the ocean front view.

Their was no elevator to the third floor of the building. Which made it difficult for my husband. I booked this room from booking. com online. They need to put more information about where the room is located and if there are services for disability people. When i am paying that type of money, someone one could have at least contacted me to let me know that the room we would be in had no elevator. When we got their the lady told us we were in the building next door, not the main building with the elevator. This was a long trip for us, and we were tired and had already paid for the room. Too tired to look elsewhere, so we made the most out of it. The lesson i learned from this is not to book through booking.com.

Location ,tiki bar, everything within walking distance and the sunrise over the beautiful beach 💙🏖️💙🏖️ and the friendly staff and the pier 14 right there. It is a beautiful place to stay and ❤️ to come back and would stay there again. Oceanfront view was awesome to see sunrise and people. . Beautiful place to stay at Myrtle Beach 💕.it's our happy place 😊❤️🏖️💕. We would recommend all our friends to stay there as well everyone was so nice and helpful.💕💕💕💯🏖️💙🏖️💙. Love that sound of the ocean waves coming to shore.

Nothing was wrong had everything we needed .💯💕 Our trip and will be back it's everything we need while at Myrtle Beach 💕🏖️ winder
