I liked the pools and access to the beach. The front desk attention Hilton was very helpful.

Not enough towels. I called down twice and never got what I needed. Eventually I hunted down a house keeper and got what I needed. No security on the elevator. Anyone can access any floor. The parking garage has a light out on the second floor elevator. Dark and nor secure.

The room was very nice. Nice large bathroom. Elevators plenty fast. Many luggage carts available. View from room very nice. Pools looked nice.

The bed was a little too soft and the whole bed should be tilted upward at least 2 inches. The best sitting chairs are located on the balcony. The shower pressure is actually too much on the 19th floor. Lovely convenient room albeit ice machine on the 1st floor only, not sure if the pools were in use or not. No one manning the entrance area downstairs - potentially a real safety problem - easy access by anyone at anytime. Bathtub too slick - could cause a fall.

The property was clean and spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. We had a full size kitchen and balcony view of the beach. The beds and pillows were comfy. The amenities at the resort were really nice. The pools were nice and you had access right to the beach. There is towel service and a bar on the resort. Overall- our stay was pleasant and are considering coming back again.

There was only 2 elevators working at the time we stayed there. So the elevators were pretty crowded each time we got on them. Ice machine is only on lobby level and you can inly grab a small cup full. The staff was really strict on not filling up coolers or anything large. BUY ICE. Bring money if you are trying to buy drinks at the bar. They are a bit pricey but delicious.

Very nice location & amenities with the Hilton Hotel next door & part of the package. The location near the beach with the nice bar & sitting area outside the Hilton Hotel.

The bed was not the most comfortable. They could have dimmed the bar lights a little to make for a great atmosphere at night. I was told by receptionist that the pool closed at sunset but that was not true. She also didn't explain my room location even though I told her it was my first time staying there. I returned later that lady was very helpful.

The balcony was big, the condo was a nice size everyone had elbow room. I was very pleased with the overall condo and location.

We had use 2 different cards to pay for the stay (I paid half and my husband paid the other half). I guess I may have confused the system, in the end it ended up charging us twice for the stay; the front desk ensured me that I will get a refund back since I had overpaid. It has been 2 days since we stayed there and I am still waiting for some of the money to be returned to me. Despite this, I was impress with the condo and would definitely stay again-next time we will just use one card to pay for it.

the condo/apartment we stayed at was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for the week. when we needed towels ext, they were brought to us in a very timely manner. I appreciated the washer and dryer in unit, that was very helpful.

outdoors pools were not heated. we were not made aware of 78 Fitness upon checking in and had to ask about it. staff at desk were kind, but not over and above friendly. I asked for ocean view room, thinking it would be a good ocean view.. and it was not.

Wanted ocean FRONT not View. Elevators where insufficient and normally there was a wait. Arrived at 12N and asked for an early check in but still had not been called to check in after 4pm and had to ask and said room was still not ready and finally put us in another room. Desk attendants apparently have NO authority to accommodate special request. Pool was TOO small. Three hotels in one made a bit confusing when first arriving

Management was really nice, barkeep was excellent. Lady from Jamaica working Starbucks was so kind and patient with the customers - even when customers were rude, she never loss her cool. So classy, LOVE her, give her a raise!

Room service food choices were not only limited but were expensive. It was much more affordable and convenient to use a food delivery app, than to order food through room service.

The view was good, nice beach view, the pool at royal palms was nice. The pools, jacuzzi, beach and the bar were easy to get to, the kids water park was pretty far away but accesible by walking. Staff was nice and the hoep and room was clean.

Original room at check in AC did not work, called it in but until the 3rd call maintenance was not available to check it so a new room was given.

I don’t think our condo had been cleaned after the last guest and before our arrival. Bathroom in the master bedroom was not cleaned properly. Pool was great and the beach was perfect (that is the reason for the stay).

Price (of course). The unit wasn’t as clean as I expected. I have stayed in another unit on the 9th floor a few years ago and this one doesn’t meet the same standards.
