We first where in South Hampton didn’t like it so much was very out dated and broken locks on the door which caused me to bring it to the attention of the front desk we where accommodate and moved to Brighten which was well worth it and also given two day passes to breakfast for our troubles of having to relocate at 1am in the morning. Brighten was very clean and up to date and spacious it changed my mind on staying with them again and if I stay I will be requesting to stay in Brighten tower everything there felt safe and updated and clean unlike South Hampton.

The breakfast and the guess services was very helpful and good.

The condo was very spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The ocean views was nice. The livingroom and both bedrooms had balconys. Everything was six minutes away, didn't have to drive far at all. The beach was very relaxing and quiet, wasn't packed at all.

The bathroom in the master room could've been nicer. There was hair in the bathroom and the tub looked dirty and old. Never could find the inside pool. I feel like we got one of the old outdated buildings. They did have spas but it was very over priced. I booked on the booking.com website, they gave me one price but was charged much more once we got there. Come to find out they charge you for parking each day, breakfast, and more. I probably wouldn't book here anymore.

Having to pay extra fees after getting to the hotel and having to pay for parking even tho we parked our own car.

My family and I were really pleased with our stay in Richmond Park! The staff was friendly and prompt. Our comforter had a stain on it and I called the front desk and housekeeping brought a new one to our units in under 15 minutes! There were minor things with the cleaning of the room but I would definately visit again.

Housekeeping. Items were left in the medicine caabinet and the kitchen cabinet. The comforter had a nasty noticable stain on it in the masterbedroom.

my room wasn’t really cleaned items under beds beds was slight messy, it was only one towel in the room and 4 wash cloths.. ask housekeeper for items to keep the room less messy like trash bag a broom anything I didn’t receive. first two days of my stay people in and out checking for bedbugs with a dog with my one year old is allergic the second day they came back checking for more bugs..

The community is great, and the pool that we went to was great. The hotel staff attended to the needs that we had. Everyone was very courteous. It's close to Barefoot Landing, which is where my family enjoys going.

The main pool and waterpark were under construction. This wouldn't have been a problem if we had booked our trip after the construction started. However, we had booked our trip well in advance of the construction. Our kids were very disappointed. But, the staff was very friendly and the situation was rectified to my family's liking. I would say they did everything right in handling a miscommunication.

Loved the space and option the resort had to offer. The shuttle service was a nice since u could not walk surrounding establishments.will be

The fact that there was no maid service available. We did not have enough towels or blankets and after calling front desk they arrived 4 days later. When clearly there were employees servicing rooms every day. I would def rent a golf cart to get around property its bigger than expected and the walk to main stores is not feeseable by foot. Few more restaurant choices would be a plus since there were alot closed on our visit.

Resort location and convience to everything; Embassy customer service - the best!!!!

What I didn't like and glad I didn't accept, the Bookings "upgrade" w/increased cost for a larger villa, access to spa, gym, on property waterpark, and breakfast buffet. The spa, gym and waterpark - FREE to guess. And, I received complimentary breakfast for the entire family and stay via the Embassy Suites.

Location, grounds were well kept, villa was awesome.

Only things I did not like was standing in the long line to check in which took about 45 minutes. The other thing was it took forever for the villa to cool off. Which I understand it was hot, but AC ran almost all night nonstop and still did not get to what it was set on. Last thing was that the room was cleaned before we even checked out. Glad our stuff wasn’t in there.

The location was convenient to all the locations of the places I want to go. Also enjoyed the condos they were very nice.

The hour long wait in line just to check in. They originally had four people checking in guest, then one by one they left and then only two people were up front to check everyone in. The line was from the lobby all the way down the hall. When I got there there were 20 people ahead of me and by the time I got to the front of the line they were at least 50 behind me. I have never seen anything like that ever in all the times in different hotels that I have stayed in.
