good location. great parking space. excellent rooms. great property.

the breakfast is very expensive compared to what being served. paying ~$50 for 3 people is way too much for ordinary breakfast.

I liked the amenities for the children in the pool area. It’s also close to a lot of the excursions and activities we did!

The rooms needs some to updating. I had a few issues with the bathroom. 1st the shower was clogged. I called maintenance and they came really quick. Then the toilet was clogged. I called the front desk and never received an answer or call back. We stayed in the room for 2 days with a clogged toilet. I Also didn’t like that the check in desk was located across the street. Having to transport a lot of luggage and small children back and forth was not ideal.

Numerous pools, jacuzzis, shops and restaurants that were on the property. I can’t forget to mention the 2 big slides that were awesome!!

The staff looked sad and miserable when you ask a question. Their attitude and demeanor showed that we were a bother. The jacuzzis needs to be repainted. The stairwell to like slides were very slippery and hazardous and the flooring is cracked and an eye soar.. the bathrooms that were provided was in a disgusting trailer where the walkway path to the trailers were muddy and gross.

NO carpet in the rooms are the best feature. Also, no rusty water leaking on the balcony like our last resort was great. Nice, updated rooms. I never heard any neighbors up down or side to side. It wasn't loud at all at any point in the day. NO pests and the housekeeping gave us all the towels and washcloths we requested with no problem. Friendly

I didn't like having to go across the street to check-in at 11pm at night and when you book with Priceline, they don't actually charge you the total cost like they say they do. You actually pay for the room when you check-in; so that's unnerving thinkin you already took care of that.

I had a water leak And one tv didn't work

We were there with our daughter and son in law and their 2 small children and the place was amazing. The waterpark and lazy river were fantastic as was the arcade. Restaurant was clean with good food selection and fast friendly service and the staff very helpful. Even though it was a time share once I said no thank you to the 2 hr. presentation, they left us alone.

elevators were a little slow but that was to be expected in a place with 3 towers and 14 floors. At least there were 4 of them in each tower.

Waterpark; location of hotel; close access to other recreation-jet skis, banana boat, etc; staff were great-everyone was pleasant and helpful; pool area was nice, and it was clean; room had a great view of the ocean

Had to put the coffee maker on the chair to brew some coffee; we were not informed ahead of time that the location of the office was across the street, and it was quite confusing at first; bathroom was small

The location was great and staff was very helpful and friendly.

i did not care for the lack of food selection. at night there was not many options on the property.

Everything was at the property- arcade, restaurant, and waterpark.

It wasn’t very clean/new and the housekeeping staff was Very loud at 8 am in the morning, knocking on doors so early in the morning when my family was still sleeping. I don’t understand why parking is not included in the price as well. They were using our phone number used for booking to call for timeshares.
