Great property to bring your pet along to! Very clean and staff was very nice.

150 USD pet fee regardless of the nights you are staying. I stayed two nights so I feel the pet fee was very very high had I known I would have chose another property.

The hotel was clean, the lobby staff were very professional and thorough (Kristen especially was fantastic!), the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was wonderful with a great view of the Ocean, parking was even great and elevators were fast. No complaints here!

My only suggestion I could make is an extra lock (located higher up) for the sliding door out to the balcony mainly for folks with children. Just a safety feature as we have a 2 year old who cannot unlock everything. Just an extra safety feature for parents like us. If I had to say what I didn't like, I would say just an extra roll of toilet paper and the correct amount of towels. 3 of us for 3 days, we only had 4 towels and 4 washcloths to start. Overall it was fine. We elected for a housekeeper to drop by on the 2nd second to freshen up the towels, toilet paper and take out the trash and they did just that! I can't pick this place apart as it's probably one of my top contenders in Myrtle Beach!

The layout is ideal with quick and easy beach access and a pool with partial shade for a break from the sun and heat. The room with kitchenette was perfectly spacious for our family of 4 and the bathroom was also large. We enjoyed the partial ocean view balcony because it also gave a view of the activity in the streets. Everything was clean especially considering it was a pet friendly place and staff were all friendly and helpful. Also loved the huge windows throughout the hotel for constant views of the ocean. Breakfast was good but busy at times.

It was a non issue for us but the property is south and a good ways from the main boardwalk. Also, we had a bad experience at the hotel’s restaurant with a frozen chicken burger and very fatty chicken wings.

The property was very nice on the beach . Nice rooms. Clean I love the residence inn brand.. My favorite place to stay when out of town .

The elevators were by far the longest waiting ride ever. You had to wait at least 10 minutes either way at busy times. The complimentary breakfast was a free for all. Other guests were pushy rude and there was 1 coffee station with 20 ppl surrounding it. Trashcan to the fat left so trash was laying everywhere. Everything was all but empty at 8 am I didn't bother to go back and look after. And the parking garage. I swear people do not know the stay to the right aspect of driving ! I was really bummed bc we booked and wanted an ocean front room but was given a side view of the complete other side of the beach .. meaning nothing at all. Not even a sunrise. Pretty much that was the worst part of my stay...

I love that the hotel is at the quiet end of town. The parking garage is great. I felt safe. It's well lit. Staff were everywhere, so if I needed anything, they were right there on hand. Everyone here is so friendly.

Other guests with little dogs NEVER cleaned up after themselves. The hotel had many cleaning stations all around the property and still guests were sorry and lazy! I wish the hotel could charge every single person that brought a little dog an extra $1000 for cleaning. I brought my 50 pound boxer and cleaned after her. The only thing I would like to see changed is in the bar. For safety reasons, I would only have guests write down their room number for billing. So as to not say out loud in front of other guests. It reveals your room. There was a creepy drunk guy in the bar when I was there Saturday night. I was nervous that he heard my room number.

Room wasnt very clean, floor appeared not to have been mopped. shower was clogged drain filled with hair. Toliet and sink needs better cleaning, black mold under by granite and drain holes. Breakfast wasnt very good. Also we love pets but pet owners or hotel staff needs to check beach area and grass area for poop. Hotel needs to focus more on cleaning lobby and entrance, hallways, bathroom and room paint was peeling off too.

I thought the breakfast was awesome and the staff there they were so nice. The staff throughout the facility was so kind. I would definitely recommend this beach resort to anyone.

We bought our furry pet with us, where we clean up after out pet, alot of people have no home training. There needs to be stricter rules in cleaning up after your pet. Maybe have it gated and you have to use your card and have a camera's set up and you have a sign that states that if staff has to clean up after your pet a fee will be added to your room. that would be fair.

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. The front desk person that checked us in found out my mother is elderly and changed us to an accessible room. It was an extremely thoughtful gesture but there were no safety rails in the shower which would have been a tremendous help.

Not sure if this was an oversight of Booking.com but when I searched for pet-friendly hotels there was no mention of additional fees. When we checked in we had to pay an additional unexpected $150 for our 2 small dogs.
