Great location! Right on the boardwalk far enough from crowds, but close enough to walk to places n drive short distances to anything else! Right on the beach n beautiful views of the ocean n city from our balcony! Our suite was large very clean, n modern! Rooms had everything we needed, full fridge, dishes, stove, microwave etc we didn’t have to eat out every day! Customer service was excellent from the front desk who greeted us daily, the maids who were very friendly, to the security who made us feel safe daily! Great bar area with excellent food! Great pools inside n out! Our kids loved the arcade! Parking underneath from the hot sun was great too!

No breakfast served, but we usually sleep in past it anyway due to our teen children! Lol Bed mattresses could be more thicker n softer, but that’s my preference! We enjoyed everything!

The location was perfect. The young lady that worked the hotel was so sweet and so helpful. Couldn't of asked for a nicer woman. The room was very clean. The one thing I would say about being clean though, is whatever they usually to clean with bothered my asthma but once I open up the door to go outside it cleaned it out from the air. I will say the door going outside needed to be replaced in the air conditioner needed to be repaired it was falling apart literally it works but I didn't bother telling them about it because I figured they knew.

I didn't like the cleaning supply they used and I also did not like the door being rusted and broken in the air conditioner

Room view over looking the beach and ocean. We wish we would of booked here during a summer month. Instead of the winter months. Very good experience. Very good service and personnel. I would stay again.

Nothing to complain about. I enjoyed everything. Very Happy. Liked everything. I can not complain, extremely happy and enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the memories and a clean experience in the hotel.

It’s ocean front and clean! We stayed 7 nights and the price was unbeatable , we arrived 2 hours before checkin but they checked us in and cleaned the room right away so they let us go to our room at 315, after a 6 hour drive this was amazing!

The plug ins in our room would not hold anything, everytime I tried to plug my phone into charge, it would slide right out and if my daughter moved the wrong way while asleep all the lifts beside the bed would cut out, we stayed here last year also and didn’t have this issue but it was very frustrating

Our stay was great for most of out stay! We have stayed her a few times!

We stayed in a suite with multiple people. When my daughter asked for more towels and toilet paper because housekeeping had not replenish them, my adult daughter was told by the lady at the front desk that she could not help us and that we would need to track someone down in housekeeping. So I went to to the front desk myself not very happy with the response my daughter was given. There were several ladies there, the first lady tried to give the same response that was given to my daughter. Then the other ladies stepped in and were very nice. They went in the back room and grabbed everything I needed! I'm not sure what the issue was with this situation but I'm hoping it was just a training error. Other than that every stay has been great and we will look forward to our next trip!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and polite! I traveled for my son birthday as a gift to my child! The hotel was very accommodating and even offered him a gift with a better room! I will definitely be returning! The fact that checkout was at 11am and they allowed us to continue to use the amenities at the location was another positive impact for me because my baby wasn’t ready to leave!! Thank you all so much!

I think the room lacked some decor as in furniture and the TV was kinda small. But I’m still going to return to this Hotel. Looks versus experience! I choose the experience it definitely stands out greatly!

We were down for bike week. Loved the staff. John and the ladies at the front desk was beyond great everyone was awesome. Our room was newly renovated, loved the shower water was hot. Our view of the ocean beautiful... Will definitely be staying here again as we visit several times a year.

Parking garage wasn't bad but could expand some with better entrance and exit. Guest themselves as. I witnessed are just messy dropping food and such in the halls, they were rude downstairs in the lobby, to me that made it hard on staff but I give it to them they stayed very professional.

The room was just what we needed, refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher!! The view was excellent! The beds slept very well. The staff was friendly and very accomodating!

The only issue was there was only ice machine working and that was on the 6th floor. Which we understood, it's out of season and there was no need for all of them to be working. The pool was being redone so we weren't able to use it, but again, it is out of season and we understood.

The location

The hotel was very dirty the floor in my room was sandy and dirty when I got there the remote for tv didn’t work,the safe didn’t work and there was only one ice machine on the whole hotel that worked . Check in was unorganized. The light on balcony did not work . My room said ocean view but was facing the hotel next to us could only see the ocean if I sat in the corner of the balcony which was right in front of the air conditioner vent so there was hot air coming out but that was the only spot you can see the ocean from .

Location was amazing it’s right on the beach, the staff were super friendly. Our room had a small kitchenette we were not expecting and a huge walk in shower. Unfortunately we did witness a little drama between someone looking for a room and the night security guard who was there. But he handle it so awesome! He was calm and professional and never raised his voice, yet was able to get his point across.

A random alarm went off Friday night around midnight, obviously that is no fault to the hotel
