The attitude of the majority of employees, excluding the front door staff that helped with luggage, the Windows cafe staff and housekeeping. Guard for Sandals very hateful, nasty attitude, angry presentation. Poor offer for handicap room, which offered only a raised toilet seat that sets above toilet and shower chair. Lack of handicap equipment for pool entrance. No beach wheelchairs. These are mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act so uncertain how you are legally able to bypass these. One handicap parking space level 1 in garage! NO INTERNET is very poor service. Seems a resort this large could supply internet. NEVER been to resort w/o internet. Room photos are not like the reserved rooms shown on Ocean Annies website

Loved bellman bernadi Reggie were great and the blonde girl at front desk. The resort was nice but need more pool that be adults only. The smoking was horrible. Loved beach band but too loud. Had to ask for towels cleaning of room was unclear . The area the resort located was extremely nice. Better area of Myrtle beach. Convenient to many things. Liked the garage made me feel car was safe. Karoke bar awesome .and in house massage was great nice river cafe availability.. would been nice have windows restaurant open for dinner or expand on lunch.

Cleaning room was not done regularly nor was bringing new towels.... An adult only pool would be been better ....there was one horrible waitress in the windows female older lady hung around table too much smelled of smoke. Need more food provided. Breakfast was decent but not worth the price...... Too much smoking pool areas dirty .

We loved how nice and clean our room was! Spectacular view of the ocean! We didn’t eat breakfast there but we tried the river city cafe and the food and drinks were bomb! Nice inside pool area with two hot tubs and nice outdoor pool area with live music and bar on the deck! We really enjoyed the Sandals lounge! Really didn’t have to go no where because everything was right there all in one resort! We loved this place!

We felt that the parking areas could be bigger for people who drive big trucks with lifts because of scraping the paint off the top of vehicles! We just barely made it to the upper parking deck areas without touching the overhead concrete!

Everything was convenient, soon as you walk outside there was pools, bar, restaurant a beach within feet of the resort. Loved the view from our room. Malls or stores were min down the road. So much to do an not have to go far was a plus. The only problem at first we didn't get what we booked for our room. When I spoke to a very nice lady in the front she quickly fixed it an gave us a new room an made our stay even better.

The breakfast buffet was not that great an had a rude waitress named Doris. I won't ever go back an the breakfast the next day was the food from before. Biscuits an gravy dry and hard. Not worth $16

I booked for oceanfront. Got Ocean view and then my room was on the second floor and the view out of it was facing the beach but was directly over the indoor swimming pool so it was no view of the ocean, just the rooftop.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and other guests were extremely friendly. It was like everyone knew each other.

My room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Mainly detail cleaning. The bathroom door is separated from the bottom. It's starting to split. Also the walls and the door had stains on them. I didn't complain because I went to the Walmart up the street and got supplies and cleaned it. I know it wasn't my job. But I know all jobs are struggling to find good help. And this was a big place. I do maintenance work and worked housekeeping for over 20 years so it really didn't bother me to just clean it. Then to go complain.
