I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. And the overall cleanliness was good.

I would like to see more hotels offer rooms that are carpet free. Going into a public place where many people have walked on the carpet is offensive to me.

The property itself is always beautiful when we go there. It is well kept and clean, tidy. It is a big place so it is always a bit confusing but upon arrival, there was a man outside the entrance doors that helped guided people to where they needed to go, which I thought was excellent! He was very kind and helpful! The front desk personnel that signed me in was very knowledgeable and worked fast to get people moving.

The staff seemed a little cross whenever we called the front desk, which was only two times total. It wasn’t a courteous “How may I help you?” or anything like that. It felt like we were inconveniencing them.

Everything! This is a great place to stay. Next time we’re bringing our kids. Very family friendly.

The prices for food and drinks are extremely high.

Beautiful views, property, friendly staff

Guests were allowed to leave towels on chairs for several hours from when the pool opened very early in the morning to "save" them for when they feel like going to the pool. Went at 10, barely any chairs "available" but hardly any people there. So we sat in chairs with towels on them after asking people next to them if they had seen anyone at the chairs, only to be asked to move 2 hrs later when they showed up. Otherwise, this place is AMAZING

Absolutely stunning! We ended up booking a last minute room here after we left our original hotel booking. All of the staff members were extremely accommodating and attentive. The location was perfect, fabulous beach. My only critique - and I know we were at a resort and expect higher prices for things but $8.50 for a bottle of domestic beer seems high to me.

The location, the activities, everything was perfect! the staff was amazing , the SPA was relaxing, the room was comfy and clean. we used the pools and took long walk on the beach. Pure Bliss!!

The quality of the food was very poor. We signed up for the Easter brunch and we had a reservation for 2:30 (very late for a brunch), it was supposed to be a buffet and when we arrived, the table was disgusting, there was food on the floor. The buffet was trashed, the presentation table were disgusting and there was zero gluten free option (I am celiac). I spent my Easter brunch eating tater tots and ham, and it was expensive. the breakfast buffet was fine but we repeatedly found hair in our scrambled eggs. very disappointing, we expected a better quality for the food. and they also need to clean between customers.

Did not have breakfast, none offered that we were aware of

first time visit I think everything was good. THE room was not as nice as some of the places we have stayed near by, and the room we were placed in faced the back of another building. We did get to move to another room, we would be open to staying again. When we stayed it was not peak season so I do not know what the rate would be or what it would be like during peak season.

The property is beautiful especially the pool area. The beach is right there and I enjoyed walking down the beach and just getting some much needed sun. The room was bigger than other hotels but the furniture needs some updating. The restaurant serves excellent food and the service was friendly and efficient. The bathroom is big and adequate, nice water pressure in the shower. The toilet clogged up the first day. We called and someone was at the door within 5 minutes! We called to have our room cleaned and it was done within the time frame they provided. Front desk is so friendly and sweet - everyone is nice. We loved the parking situation. It’s covered and inside the compound, easy to find a spot and it’s a really short walk from the hotel.

By 9am, every chair in the pool area are taken. People put towels on the chairs and come and go as they please for the whole day. I never got to enjoy the lounge chairs because of this. The room walls are thin. There was a family with toddlers next to us. We heard all their conversations including the screaming and yelling. The room furnitures are old, they need to be updated, seriously.
