Comfortable and reasonably appointed. Access was convenient, and location was close to family with whom we were visiting. Screen porch overlooking the golf course was quite nice. Wet bar was nice for when we entertained a couple of family members one evening for a happy hour.

A couple of curious simple things missing - coffee maker but no filters (we left an unopened package); no cleaning sponge or other cleaning cloth for kitchen sink, only dishwasher granules. We only dirtied a couple of cups/dishes but there was no soap to clean them. Some of the clear glass bowls in the cabinets were actually quite dirty. AC was too low when we arrived (but easily adjustable).

I love the location and the amenities. I love that there was a washing machine and dryer in the house!!

What I didn't like was the room that was confirmed was not the room that I received.. I specifically pick my room because of the walk in shower feature.. However that was given to another guest.. I did not appreciate that. I have stay at Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort numerous times and this is my first time staying at Pawley's Island,

This is not about property, but booking.com overbook and the front desk never found my reservation. They accommodated me in a diferente room (not complaint) but I was lucky they found something for me. Booking .com -bad.

The room was very large and comfortable. The beds seemed to be a bit small, but were fine. The kitchen was very nice. I loved the bar area, where everything you needed to make drinks was there. The screened in balcony with the rocking chairs was awesome. I enjoyed watching squirrels chase each other while sitting out there.

Having a sofa bed would have made the room more comfortable. Wish there was a little more parking at the beach that was closest. Would have liked it if the hot tub was at Pawleys Plantation instead of at Litchfield. But was glad to have one to use.

the water kept dripping in the bathroom (tub) & we never could get a key to the pool. we didn’t know we had to go to another location to check in & then drive back to our location

Location. Pool. Quietness and people were friendly. Convenient to everything around.

Room was not as clean as it should have been. Cobwebs in windows And hot water facet in bathroom sink didn't work. Bathroom tub constantly dripped couldn't get it to stop. . I called front desk. They did Nothing.

Newly renovated. 60 inch new rounded wide screen tv. All new appliances. Very quite and clean. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Its away from the traffic. Always a restful stay and hate to leave.

Had a nest thermostat in the appartment that was rescheduled every few hours to 78 degrees. So I had to constantly set temperature.

Clean and neat apartment. Enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood. Close to all the necessities for a great vacation.
