Checked in quickly at 3:30pm, friendly, helpful front desk clerk. Beautiful, clean entry, baggage carts available. More desirable parking would be nice, but limited. Room on third floor, king, nicely done. Clean, modern, comfortable, no complaints. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices. Coffee, tea, etc , available 24 hours. Enjoyable stay, little pricey but in desired location.

The queen suite was perfect for the four of us and the two dogs. I loved that the dogs were welcomed. I loved that they entered the dogs breeds and names into a special book. Helpful staff. Excellent.

There were some crumbs on the floor in our room. The pet walking area is pretty far away.

Breakfast was a good variety of items. My favorite was the western omelet! Staff was very friendly, especially Paul. I had called in on my way down as I had some issues with the card I used to book, and he was super friendly and so helpful on giving my friends and I an alternate way into Simpsonville, avoiding some major construction we would have hit on 77!

it was convenient. the bush at exit needs to be trimmed tho! that’s a dangerous spot to look left. it hides cars coming at you!

the blind was broken and I had to deal with the lights coming in the room all night. didn’t sleep at all the firstnight!

Staff was SUPERIOR!! The young man with the nice Locs who checked us in at the front desk was very nice, welcoming, and conversational! The cleaning ladies were AWESOME, they were all smiles and also very conversational. By the cleanliness of the rooms you can tell they take slot of Pride in what they do and are ALWAYS ON THE JOB!! THEY NEED A RAISE!! ROOMS WERE SPOTLESS!! @ Check out the front desk provided an additional half hour for us to check out with no hesitation, and when we checked out they were very concerned about our stay and how we enjoyed it. This is what I call A1 Customer Service around the board, it don’t GET NO BETTER!!

the rooms were very clean and very nice however, better lighting and a better TV would be a plus. However, this will definitely not stop me from staying here again!

The queen suite was a nice size for our family as it had 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed. The kitchenette, bathroom and separate basin area were spacious. My kids enjoyed using the pool and the breakfast offered a great selection for adults and kids! I liked that the hotel was near Heritage park where I attended a concert.

The price of $155 was high compared to other hotels in the area but we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for accessibility to concerts at Heritage park! I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn and suites which was cheaper but the breakfast there was disappointing compared to Hampton inn.

I loved the Hampton Inn. I honestly have to personal give special thanks to staff members Stephanie and Nancy for providing above and beyond services for me. Stephanie was checking in every time she seen me to make sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was amazing. Nancy helped me while I was gathering my breakfast and getting things I needed that was low or wasn’t out there at that moment.

The staff were super friendly and handled our every need. The young woman who worked the day we checked in was incredibly nice, she gave us no problems at all when we told her that we had a split party during check out. The gentleman who worked the night shift our second night there was helpful by getting us clean bath towels late at night.

I wish that the breakfast was open later during the morning. I also wish if I knew that the pool was open ahead of time. We went late May and online it says it was closed but when we got there the pool was open.

Nicely updated. Our King 2 room Suite was great! bBreakfast was very good!

We had a malfunctioning thermostat in the bedroom. We needed assistance to turn the unit off and that resolved the problem. The response was good.
