Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville SE - Simpsonville, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have more variety. Two front desk staff that need recognition are Tiffany, I don't have a last name and Kenetta and this may not be the way she spells her name. But Kenetta assisted me by phone before our check in and she was so very helpful, she went above and beyond. And Tiffany is just a ray of sunshine very easy to speak with and was very helpful with directions of two must know places when visiting a new town anywhere. She told me if I needed anything from a Walmart or a Target exactly how to get to both.

I can't say I didn't like anything really for me and my family everything met our expectations of your establishment.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. The weather was terrible and we ended up in the hotel more than anticipated. Our room was refreshed every day after we left, which is rare these days.

Not a property issue, just a comment about the location. The road it is on can be very difficult to turn left out of, so I often had to make a right and u turn. Not that big of a deal though.

Everything about this hotel. It was either new or updated and it was really well done. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Front desk staff was excellent. Offered us suggestions for dinner, gave us a list as well of places close by. The location was excellent, close to the venue we were going to for a concert. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Would definitely would stay here again.

.Upon entrance we waited a few minutes for the guest in front of us to finish checking out then we're greeted by Natori (I hope I spelled it right) her personality is very welcoming and professional. Check in was very easy as we had pre booked. Got to the room and it was beautiful. New hotel and was done very nicely. Toiletries were Dove (Well know brand and used in my home) beds were comfy and loved the roll down incased black out curtain will sheer roll down on top. Coffee maker was Keurig and had decent coffee pods which was another plus. The lighting placement above the vestibule was perfect.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I must call out Barbara “Mrs. B” as she was one of the kindest most genuine people I’ve ever met. Connected with our entire family and made us feel welcome. What a gift. Thank you Mrs. B!

There were a couple for people sleeping in their cars the next morning. That doesn’t really give a great sense of security. But they didn’t bother anyone and I’m not sure with a open parking lot there is much that can be done.

Property exceptionally clean. Quiet. Convenient to highway, shopping, restaurants. Wonderful to find a hotel with a walk-in shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent design - color scheme, furniture, lots of outlets and USB ports. Very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast where the Grab and Go bags were a nice touch.

As with so many hotels, the low profile toilet is problematic. Chair height is far more preferable and should be included with all hotel rooms. While there is a track for the window coverings that would block out light around the edges, the shades were not properly installed to make use of the track.

Hotel looked new, rooms were nicely done and looked modern. Natural soap, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch for the value. Breakfast was good, although I would add no pork alternatives. Didn't use the pool, but it was available, so bang for buck was very good. I would recommend staying here. Good location close to amenities and multiple highways.

I dont usually carry a fire stick or chrome cast. I guess if I did that would have been better. If I was doing hotels I would cut the cable and focus on smart TVs that have access to streaming service. The cable TV selection really lacked anything I was interested in watching. However my Netflix account has a ton of stuff. Smart TVs are relatively inexpensive, and could replace all your cable ready TVs.

This facility looked brand new, the staff was friendly and polite, and it was extremely clean. I travel a lot and was over the moon when my room DIDN’T smell like stale marijuana, which unfortunately is the case more often than not. My room was comfortable and had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Ice was available in the hall. The pool and fitness center looked nice, though the pool is currently closed. The modified breakfast provided was nice as well. I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn on my next visit to Simpsonville/Greenville.

Amazing staff, friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast is a bit repetitive. After staying for more than a week, the selection gets a bit dull. Some fried tators would be a great addition.

Breakfast was really good each morning and the attendants were so friendly and gave great service with a smile.

The commode in the bathroom was really low. I ask about a handicap room and they told me that the commodes were all the same.
