Breakfast was good. Real eggs would be better. Cinnamon rolls were excellent. The attendant was keeping the area very neat.

The EXTREMELY LOUD smoke/ fire alarm went off at 11 PM and again 15 min. later. In the morning it went off REPEATEDLY! It triggered a migraine and I lost the rest of the day to it. We were told it went off because someone was smoking in their room. I find it hard to believe that it is not possible to determine which alarm was triggered and to remove that guest.

The staff was very nice, efficient and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. It included a variety of breakfast foods, to bad the pancake machine was out of order. The location is near shopping areas and the highway.

The staff was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I was traveling with my father and they were extremely attentive to his requests, and they were pleasant and jovial with him as well. Breakfast selection varied a bit from day to day (which I liked). The room and bathroom were clean and a nice size. Plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries.

It is a little confusing to get to the hotel; GPS sent me down a side road and an adjacent parking lot before arriving at the hotel. The thermostat in the room was a little temperamental It would be stuffy one minute and then chilly and then stuffy again.

It was very clean and nice! All staff was very welcoming and super nice as well. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and beds were so comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious each morning and the sweet lady that worked the breakfast area was so good at keeping it stocked up for everyone!

The rooms were comfy the breakfast was amazing ! Shoutouts to the women who did her absolute best I wish I knew her name. She did an amazing job with it only being her during breakfast. She kept the food coming and it was hot and delicious. Beautiful place and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Honestly everything was great!

The breakfast was very, very good. Liked the biscuits and the omlets. Carolyn was very friendly and helpful. She was constantly asking if we doing okay and if there was something else she could help us with. Will stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

When my husband put up the toilet seat and I put it down. The seat was very difficult to get down. It was one of those seat that is suppose to go down slow by it's self. But it would not go down fast enough and when you pushed it to go down it was hateful to push down.

The room and bathroom were a nice size. the lobby was comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. There was a great variety of breakfast choices and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The fitness center was very limited. It would have been great to have 5, 10 an 12# sets of dumbbells. The exercise band was torn, and there was no disinfectant spray. Also, the view around the parking lot and adjoining businesses was not so attractive.

The best bed and pillows! We stayed at another local hotel and had neck pain from the uncomfortable pillows and yours fixed that! Thank you! The facility was exceptionally clean and the shower had amazing water pressure. Laundry facilities were very much appreciated too! Again, thank you!

The bed was very comfortable. I asked for the quiet room, and my room was exactly what I asked for.

The television remote was not working properly, so I was not able to watch TV.

Breakfast and friendly staff.

Didn’t know there wasn’t any room service and didn’t have it cleaned on Friday so it went three days without servicing.
