Breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options including gluten free products, which was perfect for our family. The staff, especially housekeeping, are very kind and attentive. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We love that every room has a kitchen and full fridge. Also very happy with the areas for dogs and dog waste bags provided on site.

There were loud drunk people yelling in the courtyard every night, all night. Literally from 2am until 6am. They also made a mess of the courtyard throwing food scraps and swimming in the pool after hours. I was pretty shocked no one did anything about it. I didn’t feel safe taking my dog out at night and stayed inside with the doors locked.

I have never been to a hotel where the front staff, was so rude, unavailable. Front desk personal I felt where unapproachable. I ask to stay an extra night and was told they would let me know. They never did we left and went and stayed at a different hotel where the front staff was great

Super friendly & accommodating staff!. When we arrived she couldn't find us in the system some type of miscommunication between Booking.com & them but she didn't hesitate at all, apologized, and got it taken care of quickly! We were in our room within just a few minutes. The building & the room were extremely clean and the breakfast was great. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!! .

This hotel was extremely clean, employees were constantly touching up behind guests in heavily trafficked areas of the hotel, keeping everything spotless. Every employee we interacted with was super friendly and it felt very genuine. The front desk staff was awesome, very friendly, very helpful and efficient. The breakfast area and staff were great as well. Everything was well stocked, even during busy times of the morning and staff was constantly making sure everyone had what they needed.

I honestly can't think of anything, we had a really great stay.

It was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable with extra towels and blankets in the closet if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a meal if we didn’t want to go out.

The breakfast selection was poor. The serving staff was a tad rude, when asked about the options that were listed in the informational pamphlet they would shrug and say “we don’t got that”.

-location close to highway & amenities in the area -room was nice and clean, although they could use a duster to get rid of the dust on the lights etc -the pool was closed plus it was too chilly for that -the grill and patio area was nice - oh they have a fire pit - we did not partake in the free food but it was crowed so maybe it was good

I would have like for lights, tv, furniture to be dusted. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my stay. The beds were comfortable!

The location and the kitchen in the room very spacious. Front desk staff was very professional. the breakfast the laundry room . first time staying

the Ac unit it seemed like it would only stay at 68 which was really cold for my 70 year old grandmother. Housekeeping really needs to remember to do the high touch areas in the bathrooms the door handles and the doors were dirty . even the walls in the corners of the bathroom . i ended up wiping those downs with disinfectant wipes . just a few things that are easy fixes being .

The staff was great, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and everything worked. We brought our dog and was worried about her bothering other guests while we were out, but the front desk staff was great and listened to make sure she was calm. Excellent!!

When booking on line we were given the impression there was a bar, after checking in and going out for dinner we planned on going back and having drinks before bed. I asked the front desk where the bar was and was told they were still waiting on their liquor license :( The only other thing is the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. So much so, that it was hard to get all the soap rinsed off.

The breakfast was good quality… the yogurt was amazing. The waffles & pancakes were great, coffee was great. The fruit was fresh. The room smelled clean. The sheets felt clean and not old or overused. The room size was great. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The mattress was very comfortable. The curtains were black out and they worked.

The eggs were cooked like a sheet and folded. They were very bland. There weren’t as many selections as I would have thought. No cereal option, no gluten free options for bread products. The doors don’t have normal knobs it’s a magnet closure. The couch was not comfortable. The shower knob had some metal residue that ran down the shower wall. Animals are allowed in all the rooms it seems. Some rooms should not have animals for those of us with bad allergies.

We arrived at 8am well before the normal check-in time of 4pm. The front desk clerk was able to check us in and provide us with a room. The room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly, always greeting when you walk in. The location is great, right by I-26, shopping, plenty of restaurants and a gas station nearby. We were very impressed with our stay and will continue to use this hotel for our visits to Summerville.
