Comfort Suites

Staff was very friendly. We had a question about the tv hdmi hook up and the front desk offered to come up and have a look at our tv.

We called ahead to ask if we would be able to use a fire stick with their tvs, that’s something we prefer in hotels. We were told most likely yes since they’ve had people leave them behind before. Sadly, when we arrived it wouldn’t work. The front desk staff came up and confirmed that our tv was not compatible and the input option on the remote was “removed” so we could not change it. We ended up just watching random shows. Typically this is something we require when deciding which hotel to book, and we will continue to require in future accommodations or at least smart tv capability.

The room was very spacious. Beds were most comfortable, with crisp, clean bedding. Bathroom was spotless with ample bath, hand & face towels available. Usual hotel amenities available. Breakfast offered a great variety from cooked (eggs, sausage, waffles) to cereals, yogurts & fresh fruit. Plenty of coffee available in the morning and chilled lemon-infused water available all day long. The freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch. The location was perfect for our needs, in close walking proximity to grocery stores and other retail outlets, short drive to historic Downtown Summerville and easy connection to the '26 to Charleston. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating!

There is Nothing that we didn't like.

newer property, clean and safe, the whole staff was wonderful from the cleaning staff, breakfast staff, grounds staff, to the managers. we enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. we used the laundry room. my family was together for a funeral and then we had spring break so a lot of mixed emotions but I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a home away from home.

the fire pit didn’t work and the driers didn’t dry fast but the manager said we could use the facility dryer so we didn’t have to take it anywhere.

The staff was fabulous, Kip and Joyce made our stay outstanding. So accommodating and pleasant, would talk with them every morning on the way out and at night on way in. Gave us alot of great suggestions and information. What a pleasure to deal with these two, great asset to Comfort Suites

Not one thing, this is one exceptional hotel. I have stayed at Econolodge and it was the worst experience, Comfort Suites has restored my confidence in Choice Hotels.

Room was very clean & cozy. Staff was amazing. Very sweet & helpful. (I do not remember the woman's name who checked me in) she gave me lots of recommendations for food & told me what was around, and the gentleman who checked me out was very sweet to my 1 year old. He saw me struggle a bit with our luggage & trying to get him to walk to the desk, so he caught my son's interest with some Graham crackers :)

Nothing. I was very satisfied.

I love the location it was perfect..The young lady who checked my husband and I in was great. Bed very comfortable…Hotel very nice.

My only issue was the bathroom. First thing first always double check your glass door for soap streaks from previous guest or cleaning chemicals…Few hairs of another person was on shower wall and on shower floor. Bathrooms is the key to a clean room..just a few more seconds on bathroom…overall thank you for your effort and time into it.

Location excellent, right off Hwy, plenty of restaurants nearby, room was very spacious, perfectly clean , and most comfortable. Staff extremely welcoming, and gave wonderful local suggestions. I will definitely pin this for future reservations.

Hotel was very clean, quiet, good location

I tried to get a little box of cereal right at 9:59 am and the breakfast said no. Another lady asked for a bottle of water she said no. I believe she could have given us those two small items.

Breakfast options were excellent and very very clean.

Our room had a large window with a sheer curtain that looked at a roof top. Unfortunately the heavier curtain was just for looks and didn’t close . There is as a lot of light at night from the outside lights. Finally got up and pinned together to block the light. You need drapes that block the light at night .

bathroom was the best! Breakfast was good, warm food and lots of choices. Perfect location for everything.

The room could have been colder. The thermostat/ central air was weird and it didn't get as cool as I'd prefer.
