The breakfast was good, lots of variety.

Our room wasn't cleaned at all and at check-in, we were not told about housekeeping prototcol. We ended up forgetting to ask. It would have been good to have it tidied up once during our stay.

The beds are super comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are so spacious, and loved that it was dog-friendly!! Great value for the money.

Could have been cleaner. Bathroom shower didn't seem fully cleaned and found a piece of hair on the bed. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!!

The check in was great the breakfast and location was great the value was great. The only thing I did not like was the sofa in my room was very dirty so we did not sit on it. The pool was awesome also. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the area as well as the expressway. I would stay again.

Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and one off the shower door handles was off on one end but neither of these was a big issue to me. I reported it to the staff so they could schedule repairs.

The vent fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, and we found dried blood on the underside of the sheet on the bed closest to the AC after we were packing to leave.

No housekeeping, have to go get your own towels, & one day they said had NO towels!!! Very discouraging!!!

Location is great. The coffee fantastic. The breakfast was okay and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I really like the size of the room.

The floor in the bathroom and in the kitchen area was quite slick. It seemed dangerous to me. The room was a bit noisy. The shower doors would not stay closed.

Every single employee went past my expectations in customer service! While I was outside struggling with oxygen tanks for a friend in my car, a young male employee came running outside to try to help me. Cheryl one morning was being extra warm and friendly with small talk and found out I had missed the breakfast portion of the day. She made sure I had whatever I needed! Your staff give southern hospitality a new meaning!

I loved the staff. They provided linens with no problem, some hotels we have stayed made me feel like it was an issue to need extra towels. I love they accept pets and don't cringe when they bark.

i wish there were an enclosed area for my dogs to run. There is a area partly fenced, but not completely so they have to stay on a leash.

Desk clerk was friendly and cheerful, very accommodating even though he was also dealing with some kind of scuffle that had just happened and the lobby had several public safety officers. Very professional.. Pool and amenities were very nice..

I was quite pleased with my visit, I don't give a perfect score unless everything was over and beyond.
