Very friendly manager at check in. Only thing that was hard is finding road to get to it. Did not see a sign on main road to tell you to take "express dr" after gas station. Suggest putting a sign at main road as there is a lot of car and semis going in and out of that area.

Comfy beds, had a room with a jacuzzi so that was nice. The main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool area. The hot was broken and the waterslide closed. Not directly the hotel's fault, but wish they would have had that posted. Otherwise it was nice, check in time at 4 was a bit late in the day.

Pool sections closed and broke, no notifications about it. Check in times are too late in the day.

Gorgeous, clean room. Excellent & very friendly & helpful staff in reception & in dinning room. Our Suite was a spa retreat for us and excellent value. We arrived just in time for Complementary wine in the lobby and had plenty if parking for a large uhaul. Walking distance to excellent restaurant next door. We LOVED our stay here.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Beds where comfortably, bathrooms were clean and everything was satisfactory.

They could finish the pool renovation. Breakfast needs choses to include stuff for food allergens.

I loved the feel and how the hotel was so updated! I went into the bathroom to unpack my things and forgot to grab my shampoo and conditioner from the car and thought would need to go get it right away because there wasn't any on the bathroom sink... turns out they had large bottles screwed into the wall of the shower! The breakfast was fantastic as well!

I wish the water slide could have been open the whole evening and not just for the first half hour of each hour. I get that it's only open in the evenings (5-10), but then for only the first 30 minutes of each half hour was disappointing. Especially when I heard them say the hotel was booked. Every time we were in the pool, which was three different weekday nights, the pool area was packed.

Breakfast was plentiful and staff pleasant. It was quiet and we slept well.

Pool and hot tub are open, but it used to be a water park and some areas are roped off.

Jacuzzi room, very large, had everything you could need. Excellent breakfast

We observed another guest bring his dog to the breakfast area. Fed him under the table. Should have a sign, no pets in dining room

Almost everything was perfect! The staff were very nice and presented positive attitudes! The guy at from desk for check in was amazing!

The only thing that needs work is the elevator….the sound when riding it is awful.

Great breakfast with a lot of good choices. The girls working in the kitchen were super friendly. The front desk clerk was a sweetheart!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Big rooms, comfy bed, good hot breakfast. Staff was polite and there are elots of choices of places to eat within walking and driving. Pool really let the kids play and relax and lots of cable channels to choose from.

Weren't a lot of towels when we went to the pool, wristbands for Waterpark were not enforced.
