Facility was great. Like the open space upon entering the building, breakfast, staff. Beds were comfortable. Layout of room was nice - two queen beds.

We had an issue with the heat not coming on. The thermostat seems a bit complicated. Finally, we together with a staff member sort of figured it out. I don't like paying extra for parking!!!

For breakfast, there was a steel cut oatmeal with toppings, scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon, hash browns, yogurt, bananas and oranges, biscuits and gravy, sliced bread, bagels, donut holes, cereal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee and teas. Definitely a variety and delicious. Our room was clean and spacious. The only thing would be the area under the sleeper couch needed cleaning otherwise our room was nice. The person right above paced so we could hear that. Other than that, it was peaceful. The hotel was minutes from restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and professional. We would stay there again.

The hotel is very nice, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. We liked the layout of the room and the link-up to our own apps using the QR code on the TV. The coffee in the room was also very good, and I loved that real cups were provided and not paper ones. Lastly, I thoroughly appreciated the later check-out time (noon) which gave my daughter time to get me to my MS Clinic appointment and then back to the hotel to pack up and rest a bit. Since my treatment is a 3-hour process, it was great that she could wait in comfort in the hotel room rather than in an uncomfortable chair at the clinic!

Although parking (specifically handicap parking which is what I need) is available and very convenient, I was disappointed with the $30/day fee. With a hotel as nice as Hyatt Place and extremely close to the MS Clinic (next door) which is why I was there, it seems parking should be included. Previously I have stayed at hotels in the Brentwood area and driven to the clinic the next morning but decided to stay close by this visit to avoid early morning stressors like traffic; however, an additional charge of parking was a disappointment. I respectfully ask that you re-evaluate your parking fees for guests of your hotel.

Located in super cute area, very modern and chic feel.I can see myself coming back with girlfriends. We had a room facing an indoor court which was refreshing.

Evening staff was a bit cold and unwelcoming. Morning staff was very cheery and thoroughly helpful. Complimentary American breakfast are what the kids look forward to and theirs was not good. Bacon soggy, fruits frozen or bruised. Kids gave it a 2 star. $30 for parking is a little steep. I am used to $20 a day parking at other Hyatt locations or have completely waived depending on extended stays or multiple room bookings.

My room was big and comfortable. I really was able to enjoy my laptop work as I felt at home in a giant office.

Some of the staff seemed uninterested. I'm usually a good judge of character. There was however one gentleman (an older black man) who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. I needed silverware for my dinner and he got me extra napkins and silverware and asked if I needed dishes. He packed it and offered to carry some of my stuff. The younger girl working with him didn't want to put her phone down long enough to even offer to help him.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to assist our large group with dinner recommendations and also parking tips. We were able to relax and get a good night's rest. The breakfast was outstanding. They had cereal, oatmeal, fresh breads, yogurt bar, eggs, hashbrowns, french toast, sausage, fresh fruit, different drinks and teas, and excellent staff refilling everything. I would highly recommend staying there.

It was a little disappointing that you have to pay to park and that they do not include that in the hotel fee. That being said, there is not much that you can do about something like that.

Amazing hotel, room and bed! Great breakfast (for US standards). The area is very nice, although a bit far from downtown. However, there is a bus operating and an Uber one way is about 15 $.

Charging 30$+tax per day for parking is really customer unfriendly. Nashville hotels are pricy anyway and now you need to add another 100 $ for your stay. They know how to make money because there is no on-street parking possible. However, there are some parking spots around if you are willing to walk for a couple of minutes.

This room was like a mini apartment. It exceeded my expectations actually. The hot water was amazing! I loved the electric blinds and that bed... Oh. It was heaven. The breakfast was fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again. Everything and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. It's decently close to the city as well.

The only thing I didn't like is the cars parked on the side of the road. As your coming out of the parking garage, made it extremely hard to see if anyone was coming before pulling onto the road.

Beautiful new hotel in a very quiet neighborhood; easy access to major highways. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was hot, fresh and had options for everyone; delicious! There was plenty of parking as there is a regular parking lot and a parking garage. The lobby/ bar area has ample seating and is nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly!

Not much to complain about. If I had to mention anything, it would be you are not able to adjust the water pressure on the shower head.

Very new and clean rooms. The breakfast was good.

The room I requested was not what I was given. The sofa bed did not pull out. There were no available replacements, no other solutions from the staff. Between booking and the hotel I spent an hour during my stay trying to get the situation dealt with. Apparently room 234 is the ONLY room in the hotel that didn’t have room for a full pull out couch. But that is too hard for the staff to remember.
